Finishing existing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint (with nanoblock & silicon additives quality) required shade, including cleaning wall by scrapping old dirts , moulds etc by sand paper/water jetting, filling cracks with crack seal etc at all locations & heights as directed by EIC : Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade including scrapping damaged pain:One or more coats on old work

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (Including for all heights, necessary support and scaffolding charges etc)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint using structural steel, 1 mm MS sheet etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : :Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351,manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.60 mm thickness, including hinges, concrete jamb (1:3:6 CC), lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25 mm, or base ties of 1.60 mm, pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, including M.S.pressed butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike-plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface including making good the damaged wall with plaster etc as required as directed by Engineer-in-charge:Profile B.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters.35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges & including fixing all fittings with necessary screws (fittings to be provided by Dept.)

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 25 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self-curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & Applying weather proof sealant on outer joints (aluminum glazing & wall) of approved make confirming to IS at all height & location & directed by Engineer-in-charge
