Replacement of Siemens make Addressable Smoke cum heat detector programming the new device with the Siemens programmer and install the same and configuring the same in Fire panel to make the Addressable fire alarm panel fully functional

Replacement of rusted wear out folloiwng size MS 'C' class heavy duty pipe by cutting the wear out rusted pipe and fixing the new pipe with accessories complete as required a) MS pipe C class 25 mm

b) MS pipe C class 150 mm

Dismantling the existing sprinkelrs and modifying the existing MS pipe line making it good for installation of sprnklers for above false ceiling void.

Replacement/ PF of 15 mm dia quartzoid bulb type sprinkler of rating 68 degree with required accessories

Replacement of sprinkler flexible pipe of stainless steel complete with 15 NPT on reducer thread of following size complete with bracket as required a) upto 1000 mm length

Replacement/ S/L of 2x1,5 sq mm copper conductor FRLS armored cable complete with connection

Replacement/ S/F of siemens make addresable Manual call box complete with mounting box as required

Replacement of Micro processor based 2 wire fault tolerant,fire alarm/detection 1 loop control panel (having nos. of loops to suit the nos. of fire detectors each loop accessing 99 detectors and modules). The panel shall be able to give location of all fire/fault conditions of addressable units via the address codes. Further, the panel must be able to automatically switch ON /OFF the respective control module when ever any alarm is triggered. The panel shall have rectifier, inbuilt Loop cards, L C D display unit to indicate Fire/Fault Signal with address and analog output, complete in all respects. The Panel Shall be Steel sheet powder coated, / ABS plastic sealed to IP30. The Panel Shall have LED Indicators for indication of various signal. The panel shall have a built in power supply and battery charger along with maintenance free 07 AH, 2 x 12 volt SMF Lead acid batteries capable of running for a minimum of 24 hours with battery charger and conforming to BS5839 Standards and Duly Approved by CE/EN54/LPCB/VDS/UL as per specifications complete in all respect (Siemens/ Honeywell / Tyco Fireclass / make)

Replacement/ S/F of Addressable Type Loop Powered Sounder complete with Mounting Base as required conforming to BS5839 Standards and Duly Approved by CEEN54/LPCB/VDS/UL with all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect ( Siemens Honeywell Morley/ Tyco Fireclass/Apollo make)

Replacement of Faulty LED lit laser etched exit signage’s made out of acrylic sheet ,with battery backup complete as required a) Single sided

b) Double sided

Replacement of 42AH 12V mtce. Free battery as per site requirement in the existing fire panal etc. complete as required.

Replacement of the following faulty component of the Fire extinguishers with new component / accessories complete as required a) Dicharge Hose pipe with horn for CO2 type Fire extinguishers

b) Discharge Hose pipe for ABC/DCP type Fire extinguishers

Replacement of following size faulty valves and accessories complete with nut bolts etc a) Butterfly valve 150 mm dia

b) Non return valve 150 mm dia

c) Butterfly valve 100 mm dia

d) Non return valve 100 mm dia

Supply & installation of Response indicator complete as required

Servicing of existing 100/150GS1 pump of 88 Mtr Head, diesel fire pump of Mather & Platt Make, dismantling and cleaning of empellor, refixing the empellor, chaning the engine oil, filter etc greasing the existing bearings, refixing the pump with the base frame and shaft along with coupling, making connection with the suction and delivery line, testing etc. complete as reqd.
