Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to three story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc., wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as directed by the site in charge of work.

Labour charges for removal of dead plaster / peeled off plaster of the all-round Parapet wall of the temple complex and sub shrines etc., wire brushing/coir brushing, washing with potable water neatly etc., complete as directed by the site in charge of work.

Labour charges for providing stucco/ornamental plastering to the exposed surfaces of the all-round Parapet wall of temple complex and sub shrines with 1” to 1¼” thick base plastering ½” to ¾” and top ½” thick with Lime mortar 1:1:1 with an addition of extract of natural ingredients like Joggery and Gallnut, blending the ingredients, finish neatly to the surfaces as per original, curing, etc., complete as directed by the site in charge of work. (The necessary materials will be supplied by the department)

Labour charges for providing sivara coat with 3mm thick to the exposed surfaces of the alround parapet wall of temple complex and sub shrines over newly laid plastering with Lime Mortar 1:1:1 and finely finishing the surfaces with an addition of extract like Gallnut and Joggery natural additives with hand grinding and finish neatly to the surfaces as per original, including curing, Machine grinding, etc., complete as directed by the site in charge of work. (The necessary materials will be supplied by the department)

Labour charges for removal of dilapidated lime concrete over the roof of yaghasala and varaha swamy and dispose to outside of the monument to the distance of 500 meters etc., complete as directed by the site in charge of work.

Labour charges for removal of stone slabs and beams and capitals columns, outer veneer of walls which are plumbed out, with deric pole carefully and stacking the material for reuse, etc., complete as directed by the site in charge of work.

Labour charges for re-erecting the beams capitals, pillars in their position carefully, with deric pole and Pully block etc., complete as directed by the site in charge of work. (The necessary materials will be supplied by the department)

Labour charges for construction/ restoration of side veneer walls with lime mortar 1:1:1 by using available stones and new stones of the mandapa walls and outer veneer wall etc., complete as directed by the site in charge of work. (The necessary materials will be supplied by the department)

Labour charges for laying of core filling for stone veneer wall with brick jelly lime concrete 1:2:4 etc., complete as directed by the site in charge of work. (The necessary materials will be supplied by the department)

Labour charges for pointing in lime mortar 1:1:1 for roof slabs, Stone veneer walls etc., complete as directed by the site in charge of work. (The necessary materials will be supplied by the department)

Labour charges for laying of Lime Concrete for terrace/ roof of temple in (1:2:4) by using 20mm Hard Broken Brick aggregate, including beating with wooden bats for consolidation, curing etc., complete as directed by the site in charge of work. (The necessary materials will be supplied by the department)
