OUTSOURCING THE HOUSEKEEPING AND CONSERVANCY SERVICES FOR OFFICE COMPLEXES OF AGE I R AND D MANALI

Outsourcing the services of photo copying, updating of files, shifting of file within the office, filing inter linking the correspondence and filling the letter into the various correspondence file as directed officer in charge during a shift of 8 hrs per day complete all in respect for 01 persons. (i) Outsourcing the services at the office of AGE (I) R&D Manali for the shift of 8 hrs (09:00 AM to 5:00 PM) for six days in a week from monday to saturday. The rate per shift shall be included ESI, GST, OHC, Bonus, EPF and LWC.

Out sourcing the services for sweeping cleaning/moping, cleaning of doors/windows, window glass panes dusting of tables, chair etc, the arranging of furniture after cleaning removal of Cob-Webs cleaning of roofs/drains, cleaning and disinfection of Toilets etc complete in all respect with office primers during a shift of 8 hrs per day. (Note: Consumables will be supplied by Deptt) for 01 persons. (i) Outsourcing the services at the office of AGE (I) R&D Manali for the shift of 8 hrs (09:00 AM to 5:00 PM) for six days in a week from monday to saturday. The rate per shift shall be included ESI, GST, OHC, Bonus, EPF and LWC.(ii) Material required for mainteining sanitation of Bath Rooms & Toilets including cost of necessary expandable stores like dusters, brooms, mops etc is deemed to be included in the quoted rates by the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissable on this account. (iii) The person shall be deployed after police verification & shall posses a valid ID proof. He shall have to wear the uniform during duty hrs. Daily attendence will be done by the Engineer-in-Charge. If the individual is found absent from duty or indisciplined/ misbehaving, he shall be removed / disallowed from the duty after 07 days notice and recovey @ Rs. 500/- per day shall be affected on this account by the Engineer-in- Charge. Notes for item No 01 to 02:- (a) No payments to contractor shall be made unless proof of online payment of wages to the workers/labour through Aadhaar Linked bank account is submitted by the contractor. Proof of statutory deduction in favour of workers/Labour shall also be submitted by the Contractor. (b) The amount for contribution toward'EPF’ , 'ESIC’ and 'Bonus' shall also be payable after submission of valid and authentic document as proof of payment.. (c) The rates quoted for items of outsourcing shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India/concerned state Government/Local Body, whichever is higher and also not less than applicable rates for contribution of employer towards EPF, Contribution to ESIC, contribution of Bonus and LWC under respective headings/ sub-items. In case the rates quoted are less than the prevailing rates/ instructions under any heading(s), the bid will be treated as non-bonafide/ invalid, shall be disqualified and such bids will not be considered for acceptance. In such case, the lowest bidder shall be determined from amongst the valid / bonafide bids only. (d) Quotations with ‘Nil’ or ‘Zero’ consideration(overhead and profit) shall be considered non bonafide. (e) GST shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted against items of outsourcing. Any variation in tax(including variation in GST rate) shall be adjusted and reimbursed to /recovered from the contractor. (f) Any variation in minimum wage, liability of EPF/ESIC/Bonus/LWC/GST shall be adjusted for reimbursement/recovery as under :- (i) Variation in minimum wage including other related statutory provisions shall be adjusted in terms of Condition 63 of GCC(IAFW-2249) (ii) Variation in percentage/rate of GST and LWC shall be adjusted as specified.
