Replacement of damaged 200 mm Non-Return Valves in condenser pumps. Scope includes: careful removal of existing damaged NRVs and disconnection from pipeline, necessary welding, grinding, fitting and alignment works for new NRV installation, supply and fixing of new 200 mm ductile iron PN 16 NRV (dual plate/swing check type, approved make), followed by hydrostatic testing at 1.5 times working pressure, leak rectification if required, commissioning, debris disposal, and site reinstatement, all as per Kerala PWD specifications, relevant IS codes, and Engineerin- Charge directions. - 200 mm dia

Replacement of damaged 150 mm Non-Return Valves (NRVs) in primary and secondary pumps. Scope includes: careful removal of existing damaged NRVs and disconnection from pipeline, selective removal of insulation and cladding limited to the NRV area, necessary welding, grinding, fitting and alignment works for new NRV installation, supply and fixing of new 150 mm ductile iron PN 16 NRV (dual plate/swing check type, approved make), application of 50 mm minimum thick PUF insulation and 0.63 mm aluminium cladding over the valve and adjacent limited area, followed by hydrostatic testing at 1.5 times working pressure, leak rectification if required, commissioning, debris disposal, and site reinstatement, all as per Kerala PWD specifications, relevant IS codes, and Engineer-in Charge directions. - 150 mm dia

Scope includes: careful removal of existing damaged rubber bellows (minimum PN 16 rating, capable of absorbing vibrations, noise, shock, etc.), disconnection from pipeline flanges, necessary welding, grinding, fitting, alignment and any minor rectification works for new installation, supply and fixing of new rubber expansion joint/bellow (EPDM/Neoprene, single/double sphere, flanged ends, PN 16 rating, suitable for chilled water, approved make), followed by hydrostatic testing at 1.5 times working pressure, leak rectification if required, commissioning, debris disposal, and site reinstatement, all as per Kerala PWD specifications, relevant IS codes, and Engineer-in-Charge directions. - 150 mm dia
