Sewage pumps Supply, erection, testing and commisioning of Centrifugal type, non clog self priming pumps complete with suction and delivery header and priming tank of an approved make of suitable capacity capable of handling minimum 32mm size solids for untreated effluent with fan cooled induction motor with class 'B' insulation, mounted on a common structural base plate, suitable vibration eliminated pads of approved design for pump foundation, motor to be suitable for 400/440 volts, 3 phase, 50 cycles AC supply with rpm, to suit the corresponding pumps. Flow Rate : 16 m3/hr, Head : 8 - 10 m, Motor Rating : 2.0 HP (provisional) for pumping sewage from entrance area to collection tank.

Tube Settler - Supply Installing testing and commissioning of PVC square type tube settler cross section area 50mmx50mm and wall thickness 1mm, at an inclination of 60degree supported on suitable Stainless Steel supports

Air Blowers: Twin lobe positive displacement type, rotary air blowers of suitable type with V-belt drive, belt guard, base plate, inlet filter-silencer, flexible connectors, check valve, relief valve, pressure gauge and necessary foundation.

Supply and fixing 150mm UPVC pipe 6Kg/cm2 with 50mm dia perforrations at 500mm c/c in staggered arrangement to transfer sewage from MBBR 1 to MBBR 2 and MBBR 3 to MBBR 4. The pipe shall be covered with suitable SS net with apperture size less than 10mm to prevent MBBR media enter the pipe. (Measurement shall be for length of pipe)

Supply and fixing Stainless steel wire mesh with polyester coating and apperture size less than 10mm to prevent loss of MBBR media.

Constructing masonry Chamber 90x90x100 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. cover 450x450 light duty and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) , i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design :

De-sludging the existing sewage treatment plant tanks and cleaning the walls and base slabs so as to access the area for other works. Tanks to be cleaned. Refer. Drawing.
