100.1.1:Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc., including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc., and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m, in all kinds of soil.

100.6.1:Providing steel sheet shoring to the sides of the trenches to depths of above 4.00 m but not exceeding 6.00m using 6 mm M.S. sheet 0.50 M wide stiffen on edges with 50 mm x 50mm x 6 mm M.S. angles driving down vertically on either side one after another in lines and levels with suitable pile driving equipments and accessories to a maximum depth of 0.50 M below the bottom of the proposed excavation 0.5 M above ground level suitably braced by horizontal walling pieces at 75 x 150 mm x 8 mm angles on either side at intervals not exceeding 1.50M and horizontal screw jack type struts at 1.50M intervals and maintaining the shoring till the pipes are laid and works are completed, dismantling, cleaning and restacking for reuse including all labour, hire charges and conveyance for equipments, tools and plants and sundries etc. complete.

OD169742/2025-2026:Dismantling and removing existing 450mm dia MS pipes, Air valves and specials, aligning new pipes, placing in position to lines and levels, jointing with specials, , jointing with existing pipe by welding and making good including , demolition of Anchor Blocks for dismantling existing pipes, cost and conveyance of consumables such as Nuts & Bolts, Gaskets, hire charges of tools and plants , transporting the dismantled pipe to WTP, loading, unloading etc complete.

100.37.12.1:In situ fabrication of M.S. pipes of size 450mm (I.D.) using 8mm thick M.S. plate including cost and conveyance charges of M.S. plate, all fabrication charges, charges of painting the steel work with two or more coat deluxe multi surface paint to give an even shade over an under-coat of primer etc., complete.

100.37.12.2:Fabricating M.S. flanges of diameter 450mm using 16mm thick M.S. plate including cost and conveyance charges of M.S. plate, all fabrication charges, charges of painting the steel work with two or more coat deluxe multi surface paint to give an even shade over an under-coat of primer etc., complete: For pipes fabricated with 8mm thick M.S. plates.

100.37.12.3:Cutting 450mm (I.D.) M.S. pipes for making bends and other specials by gas cutting including cost of gas, all labour and hire charges of tools etc., complete: For pipes fabricated with 8mm thick M.S. plates.

100.37.12.4:Welding 450mm (I.D.) M.S. pipes for making bends and other specials by gas/electric welding machine including cost of gas and welding rods, all labour and hire charges of tools etc., complete: For pipes fabricated with 8mm thick M.S. plates.

100.37.12.5:Grinding cut and weld edges of 450mm (I.D.) M.S. pipes during fabrication work including all labour and hire charges of tools etc., complete: For pipes fabricated with 8mm thick M.S. plates.
