M&L for taking down Feeder Pillar/Panel board of any type/any size all as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron as steel, protected by galvanized iron pipe 40mm bore (Medium grade) all as directed including cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 earth pit with precast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 cover slab of size 42 x 42 x10cm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways with 10mm dia mild steel round bar of 30 cm long, bent to shape as lifting handle, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers with necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including testing on completion all complete as specified and directed after taking down old earthing.( GI strip upto 7.5m including testing consider in this item).

M&L for complete disconnecting APFC panel from all incomming/outgong connection of any capacity, checking the serviceability of all components i.e existing capacitors, contactors, MCB's, MCCB, indicator lights, power factor controller, replacement of burnt out PVC insulated copper wire, copper thimble, MCB's SPN C Series (6-25Amp), re-connect the same after throughly clean and testing all as required and directed at site.

M&L for Indicator lamp LED type (colour Red/Yellow/Blue/Green) in repair. Make : L&T/ABB

Supply and fixing power factor controller of capacity 8 Step 440 volt, 3 phase 50 Hz. L&T/Legarand(Alpican)/HPL.

Dismantling and shifting of indoor type LT Panel Board of any size with all accessories after disconection of outgoing & incomming cables, earth strips etc. and taking away from existing location and re-installation on the P.C.C./ brick platform duly grouted in the new platform constructed within 15 mtr from the existing location. incl reconnection of all outgoing and incomming cables, all as specified & as directed. ( NOTE : Foundation Work & earth work measured and paid separately.)

M&L for Repair of LT feeder pillar box complete with complete dismantling of burntout cable connections, bus-bars, MCCBs etc & painting to external surfaces with one coat of stnthetic enamel paint of approved grade, refixing of bus-bars, replacement of epoxy cast busbar insulators, serviceable MCCBs, all cable connection from busbar to terminals at both ends etc. including patch repair with electric welding for replacement of hinges, refixing of broken doors, replacement of locking arrangement with sliding bolts incl PCC for reconstruction of foundation/coping etc. all as specified & as directed. ( NOTE : MCCBs / Cable connector required for replacement & required PCC for reconstruction of foundation/coping will be measured & paid separately under respective items of this schedule.)

M&L for cable connector of length 0.5 m, made out of 25sqmm multistranded copper conductr single core. PVC inner sheathed unarmoured cable including copper lugs, copper nut bolts etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable connector of length 0.5 m, made out of 35sqmm multistranded copper conductr single core. PVC inner sheathed unarmoured cable including copper lugs, copper nut bolts etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable connector of length 0.5 m, made out of 50sqmm multistranded copper conductr single core. PVC inner sheathed unarmoured cable including copper lugs, copper nut bolts etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition old damaged Brick Work built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any descriptions, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks (with Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 METRE mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (40mm graded Stone Aggregate) as in Kerbs, Coping, etc. Chamfered Edges including Formwork if required, including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.
