Supply and fixing of Rolling Shutters made of machine rolled CRCA laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed at the ends by the end-locks, mounted ion specially designed pipe shaft of 50mm dia nominal bore MS B class pipe with brackets, plates, guide channels, stoppers, bottom locking plates and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push-pull operations including cost of hood cover and springs complete, painted with one coat of approved steel primer, locks, ball bearings, all accessories etc., complete for finished item of work.

Supply and fixing of 20mm dia 0.75 m long mild steel foundation bolt with necessary thread, bolts, nuts and washers and placing them in position including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Supply, fixing and errection of R.S. Joist columns ISJB of size of 150x75mm @ 14.90 Kg/Per Mt. welded with base plate of size 300x300x10mm top and bottom and necessary gusset plate etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges, fixing, welding charges etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work.

Supply and fixing in position M.S Tubes etc., of approved design weighing at the rate of 35 Kg.per Sqm, including necessary cuttings, bending, fabrication, welding grinding, and finishing smooth including cost of making holes in RCC or Masonry works and making good the same where ever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges and all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Roofing will be provided with 0.5mm thick galvanized / pre painted G.I. profiled sheets fixed to the purlins with 14 size self drilling screws with neoprene washer. Side laps are stitched with self tapping / drilling screws. End laps are to be sealed with 25x3 mm Butyl tape. The sheets are provided with anti capillary grove.
