Providing Services for Running operation and Comprehensive Annual Maintenance by trained and Skilled fire fighting operator, khallasi and Foreman of the fire fighting and fire detection, fire alarm, public address & talk back system, comprising with the following equipments, Pipe line with valves ,accessories ,gauges, panel boards of all types Complete in all respect and installed at DSCI(East). a) Main fire pump with motor (60 HP including all accessories of the control panel) - 02 sets. b) Stand by Diesel fire pump set including DG set of 65.5 KVA complete with battery & charger. - 1 set c) Jockey pump with motor (12.5 HP including all accessories of the control panel) - 03 Sets. d) External and internal fire hydrant – 36 nos. e) (i) Main control panel for fire-fighting system - 4 sets ( Control Room - 2nos. and PET –CT building 2nos.) (ii) Panel for fire detection system – 15 nos. f) Fire extinguishers of all type – a) ABC upto 5 Kg- 75 nos. b) ABC 2 Kg- 07 nos. c) Co2 up to 5 Kg- 29 Nos. g) PA system with battery complete - 4 sets h) Service of operators for round the clock (24 x 7) for Operation and maintenance as required at site. 1) Fire fighting Operator – 03 no.(one each in three shift) 2) Khalasi - 01 no. (Daily in General shifts – 9 Am - 5 Pm) 3) Foreman - 01 no.( twice in week form 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM)

Refilling of Fire extinguishers installed at the hospital premises installed i/c dismantling and refilling at original Location after proper checking and refilling from the workshop.

Providing, laying, testing and commissioning of C class heavy duty MS pipe confirming to IS 3589/IS 1239 i/c welding, fittings, like elbow, tees, flange, tapers, nuts & bolts, gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on the wall/ceiling with suitable clamp/supports frame and painting with two or more coats cost of synthetic enamel paint of required shad complete as required.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of sprinkler flexible pipe (UL Listed) of stainless steel complete with 15 NPT on reducer thread with maximum working pressure of 175 PSI test pressure of 875 PSI (Burst) with branch line (Inlet) 25mm NPT male thread to sprinkler head (Outlet) 15mm NPT female thread with reducer, nipple, 2 side brackets, center bracket, stock bar of following sizes complete as required.
