Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering –All work upto plinth level 1:3:6 using 30% Conc of nallah split stone ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) crushed

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering –All work upto plinth level 1:3:6 using 30% plum of nallah split stone ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) crushed

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate

Centering and Shuttering

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including raking out old putty :Float glass panes of thickness 4.0 mm(weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) and of required shade on new work, over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade

Carriage of material from source to site of work by mechanical transport including loading/ unloading and stacking complete.

Fine and coarse agg for a average distance of 15 Km by MT & 500 mtr by HL

Stone for an average distance of 500 mtr by HL

cement for and average distance of 1 Km by MT & 5 Km by HL
