Design, Manufacturing, testing, and Supply for 500 kVA Smart Mobile Transformer Unit / Power-on-Wheels System with 11 kV RMU, LT Switchgear, FRTU Automation, 60 kVA Online UPS, and 50 kWh Li-ion Battery Backup System for Emergency Power Restoration under DGVCL, as per GPRD Pilot Project

The documents, as mentioned in Schedule-A (given here under), should be uploaded in

online electronic form.

Bidder has to require to pay Tender Fee plus applicable GST and EMD amount as

mentioned in tender Document either in cash (up to Rs. 10,000/- only) at Case

counter of corporate office, DGVCL during working days between10:30 A.M. to 04:00

P.M. before the due date and time for submission of tender OR By

RTGS/NEFT/Online.

If the EMD amount is more than Rs. 3 Lac, it should be paid either by RTGS/NEFT

/Online or Demand Draft or Banker’s Cheque or Pay Order or Bank Guarantee.

Otherwise, it should be paid in either in cash (up to 10,000/- only) at Cash counter of

corporate office, DGVCL during working days between 10:30 A.M. to 04:00 P.M. before

the due date and time for submission of tender or by RTGS/NEFT/Online.

The Tender No. & Tender Items must be mentioned on the physical EMD cover

(If applicable).

VENDOR REGISTRATION IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THE TENDERED ITEMS.

1] It is mandatory for all bidders to upload scanned copies of original (Notarized/Self-

Attested copies of original as specified in tender document) documents in online

electronic forms (e-tendering) in scheduled time with bid and physical documents
