Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 250 mm dia, three phase, Motor Actuated sluice valve, hand wheel for manual operation and having 02 Nos limit switches for Open / Close condition, 2 torque switches and valve position indicator including taking down complete, the mounting shall be direct/ indirect type using specialized extended type arrangement of GI pipe / plate of suitable size/thickness, angle irons and indirect mounting adaptors including raising of existing chamber if required so that actuator mounting is at least 12 inches above ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for servicing of solenoid valve of any size i.e. removing, cleaning, greasing to wear and tear parts and refixing and make it operational from PLC control panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Servicing of motorised butterfly valve of 100mm line size with shaft and complete parts i.e. removing, cleaning, greasing to wear and tear parts and refixing the same back in position or another location as directed by the Engineer-In -Charge and make it operational from PLC control panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Programming of PLC's of slave control panels for GPRS modem and for existing static IP and if there any change in pumping sequence/logic as per site requirement as well as configuration of GPRS modems for existing static IP complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: All the cables i.e. programming cables, PLC to GPRS Modem cables and syntex box are included in the quoted rates.

SCADA programming for GPRS operated slave PLC control panels and if there is any upgradation in the existing screens or generation of soft keys and comprehensive maintenance of SCADA PC during entire contract period having hardware (CPU, monitor, keyboard, mouse), printer, UPS, display software (OS & SCADA), antivirus etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Static IP charges for one year are included in this item as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Spares will be measured and paid separately.

Note for item Nos 1 to 29:- All equipments and components, etc for item Nos 1 to 29 above shall be made in India only.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for laying/removing of cable/erection of poles and getting out in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
