Demolising stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as direction of Engineer-in-charge

Disposal of scrap materials, debris, dismantled RR masonary ( including stacking of serviceable and disposal of unserviceable material), Brick work and Concrete and other waste materials etc with the help of JCB( Excavator Cum Dozer) at various locations of the plant including removal loading, unloading and disposal of the same within the plant premises etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift , as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position 1:2:4 (1 ordinary portland cement of 43grade : 2 Coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate using 20 mm nominal size) grade Plain cement concrete for pavement works upto plinth level with ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1/ Jaypee cement of OPC 43 grade, using cementious content as 320 kg with cement flyash ratio of 60:40 (60% cement : 40% fly ash, flyash available free of cost at silo area in plant site but transporting by contractor) minimum cement content excluding fly ash should be 192kg/cum, including transportation, finishing, compacting, levelling, curing etc. ,excluding the cost of centering/ shuttering, making openings wherever required,all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Centring and shuttering inlcuding strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:
Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.
Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.
Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers
Columns, pillars, piers, struts, Abutments, Posts
Providing, laying and fixing in position TMT reinforcement bars of SAIL/ VIZAG/ TATA/ JINDAL for RCC works, including cost of supplying, cutting, bending, transporting, erecting, binding with 16 gauge MS annealed wire, cement mortar spacer blocks etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Providing and laying in position 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 Coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate using 20 mm nominal size) grade Reinforced cement concrete for all the works with ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1/ Jaypee cement of OPC 43 grade, using cementious content as 400 kg with cement fly ash ratio of 80:20 (80% cement : 20% fly ash, fly ash available free of cost at plant but transporting by contractor) minimum cement content excluding fly ash should be 320kg/cum, including transportation, finishing, compacting, leveling, curing etc excluding the cost of centering ,shuttering & reinforcement which will be paid separately under relevant item etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. All works up to plinth level.

Laying Random Rubble Masonry with available serviceable condition stones from the Dimolished RR Masonry in CM 1:6(1 cement: 6 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth, drains etc. including providing leveling course of cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) on top most layer, curing etc. up to plinth level complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Laying Random Rubble Masonry with available serviceable condition stones from the Dimolished RR Masonry in CM 1:6(1 cement: 6 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth, drains etc. including providing leveling course of cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) on top most layer, curing etc. in superstructure above plinth level and up to floor v level complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m ), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, up to 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron " Y" SHAPED PLACED 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire tied to angle iron, all compete as per direction Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T) / Spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq. mm with tape (0.52 mm thick ) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angel, C.C. blocks shall be paid seprately )
Providing and fixing with G.I. barbed wire Fencing to "Y" angle iron post placed at required distance every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Note:- Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.
