Cutting chase upto 125 x 150 mm. and subsequent mending of damages (Ground to 6th Floor/Mumty Room) including cost of outside Staging & Scaffolding and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material from every floor, loading, lifting and taking out the materials manually/by mechanical means including stacking in Ground within 150 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually/by mechanical means (Ground to 6th Floor/Mumty Room) including cost of outside Staging & Scaffolding and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material from every floor, loading, lifting and taking out the materials manually/by mechanical means including stacking in Ground within 150 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster (Ground to 6th Floor/Mumty Room) including cost of outside Staging & Scaffolding and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material from every floor, loading, lifting and taking out the materials manually/by mechanical means including stacking in Ground within 150 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing loose scales, blisters etc. from old painted surface and thoroughly smoothening the surface to make the same suitable for receiving fresh coat of paint (Ground to 6th Floor/Mumty Room) including cost of outside Staging & Scaffolding.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means (Ground to 6th Floor/Mumty Room) including cost of outside Staging & Scaffolding, stacking of steel bars and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material from every floor, loading, lifting and taking out the materials manually/by mechanical means including stacking in Ground within 150 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means (Ground to 6th Floor/Mumty Room) including outside Staging & Scaffolding, stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material from every floor of (G+5) building with lifting and taking out the materials manually/by mechanical means including stacking in Ground within 150 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform wherever necessary from Ground to 6th Floor/Mumty Room with lifting and taking out the materials including stacking in Ground within 150 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level and above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. All works above plinth level upto floor VI level Concrete of M20 grade

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor VI level wherever necessary from Ground to 6th Floor/Mumty Room including lifting all materials and proper cleaning the site after completion of work with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor VI level in all shapes and sizes with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) wherever necessary from Ground to 6th Floor/Mumty Room including lifting all materials and proper cleaning the site after completion of work.

Cement Plaster (in coarse sand) 12 mm thick 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) wherever necessary from Ground to 6th Floor/Mumty Room including cost of outside Staging & Scaffolding and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material from every floor, loading, lifting and taking out the materials manually/by mechanical means including stacking in Ground within 150 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.wherever necessary from Ground to 6th Floor/Mumty Room including lifting all materials and proper cleaning the site after completion of work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) from Ground to 6th Floor/Mumty Room including lifting all materials and proper cleaning the site after completion of work including cost of outside Staging & Scaffolding and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material from every floor.

Removing old synthetic enamel paint & rust by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete and applying a priming coat using ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works/wood work (hard and soft wood) from Ground to 6th Floor/Mumty Room including lifting all materials and proper cleaning the site after completion of work including cost of outside Staging & Scaffolding and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material from every floor.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade, two or more coats on steel galvanised iron/ steel works/wood work (hard and soft wood) from Ground to 6th Floor/Mumty Room including lifting all materials and proper cleaning the site after completion of work including cost of outside Staging & Scaffolding and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material from every floor.

Dismantling and taking out doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including frame, chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete area 3 sq. metres and below from Ground to 6th Floor/Mumty Room including lifting all materials and proper cleaning the site after completion of work stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material from every floor within 150 metres lead.

Re-Fixing of door shutter with existing MS angle frame including necessary screws as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge at Fire escape doors located at any floor (from Ground to 6th Floor/Mumty Room including lifting all materials and proper cleaning the site after completion of work). Shutter supplied by the Centre

Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel angle sections, joints mitred and welded by angle iron flat pieces to the existing T-iron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, located at any floor (from Ground to 6th Floor/Mumty Room) including lifting all materials and proper cleaning the site after completion of work all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Neat cement punning (Ground to 6th Floor/Mumty Room) including cost of outside Staging & Scaffolding and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material from every floor, loading, lifting and taking out the materials manually/by mechanical means.
