Dismantling & removing 2.5cm thick AS flooring including stacking useful materials for reuse & removing the debris within 50m lead .

Supplying, fitting, fixing up window (sliding type) made up aluminum Section 151-154,151-155, as windows frame section No. 151-155, 151-153 and 151-167 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of materials all taxes labour, T&P etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of false ceiling with Aluminum anodised T Section No. 3215 with 2'-0" center to center, L section No. 1705 up to 15 micron on 4 walls to be Fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C plug and the Aluminum grid 2'-0"x2'-0" suspended from ceiling etc complete.

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty ( water based ) of approved make including cost of all labour , materials etc complete

Fixing Vitrified tiles in floors & treads of steps on 25mm thick bed of of cm (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles including rubbing & polishing complete.

Fixing VITRIFIED wall tiles in dado skirting & riser of steps on 12mm thick cp of of cm (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles including rubbing & polishing complete.

Distempering 2coat of approved shade on old work to give an even shade including cost of paint GF

Painting two coats with approved paint on new work over one coat Priming with any appproved Primer including cost, carriage, royality, T&P etc. Complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
