Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Maximum Service charge should not exceed 5%

Manpower services offered and done by engaging minimum 32 nos for one year and performance certificate issued not below the rank of Executive Engineer

Registration of firm / establishment under ESIC with a valid employer code

Financial Status

Line of Credit of Rs. 49.35 Lakhs

Line of Credit

Annual turnover certificate, Balance Sheet and IT Return of minimum 5 years(2020-21 to 2024-25). The Annual Turnover of any two years in the past 5 rolling years shall have a minimum Rs.328.98 lakhs. (With UDIN Number)
