Cartage of SP-55 Pole including Loading /Unloading safely from store centre at Rudrapur to work site (Distance 0 to 10 KM).
Cartage of small material with conductor including Loading /Unloading safely from sstore centre at Rudrapur to work site (Distance 0 to 10 KM).
Charges of laying, spreading, stringing & sagging of 11 KV line on ACSR dog conductor including binding on insulators & final jumpering as per direction of Engineer in charge.
Charges of Errection of Single Pole structure on SP-55 Pole after digging of pits in size 0.9*0.6*1/6 of pole length and grouting by CC Mixure of ratio 1:4:8 including fixing & fitting of all required accessories on poles complete in all respect & Muffing of new ST SP-55 Poles with CC 1:2:4 block and 45 cm height from ground level including cost of required material as ballast, cement, sand etc complete in all respect as per RESPO Spn. & instruction of Engineer In Charge.

Charges of straighting of existing tilled pole & muffung, grouting of pole in swampy area with plinth size 1.5 m depth, 1.0 m height & 0.5 m width as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Charge of Erection of M.S. Earthing rod 20x2500mm connecting support with G.I.Wire no.6 S.W.G. as per RESPO specification & as per direction of Engineer in charge.
Charges of Erection of stay set 16x1800mm. pit size 0.6x0.9x1.2 Mtr. including excavation of earth all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
Charges of laying sagging of continues earth wire as per direction of Engineer in charge.
Charges of Loppling & Choppling of trees branches along with 33 KV line as per direction of Engineer in charge.
Annexure-B (SUPPLY ITEMS)
Supply of X-arm Clamps for S.P.-55 made of M.S. flat of size 50x6 mm. with 65x16mm Bolt, Nut & washer duly painted by red oxide primer. The clamp should be free from any crack, welding & burns complete in all respect as per UPCL Specification.
HDPE pipe DN-160 PN-6 PE-100 & having dia 160MM conferming to IS 4984/2016 & having thickness 7.7 to 8.6 mm.
Supply of Double Pole Clamps for S.P.-55 made of M.S. flat of size 50x6 mm. with 65x16mm Bolt, Nut & washer duly painted by red oxide primer. The clamp should be free from any crack, welding & burns complete in all respect as per UPCL Specification.
Supply of GI Pipe 8 inch 8 feet long
Supply of Stay Clamps for S.P.-55 made of M.S. flat of size 50x6 mm. with 65x16mm Bolt, Nut & washer duly painted by red oxide primer. The clamp should be free from any crack, welding & burns complete in all respect as per UPCL Specification.
Supply of Earthing Clamps made of M.S. flat of size 50x6 mm. with 65x16mm Bolt, Nut & washer duly painted by red oxide primer. The clamp should be free from any crack, welding & burns complete in all respect as per UPCL Specification.
Supply of PG clamp for dog to dog conductor.
Supply of Nut and Bolt offsize.
