Excavating in trenches in hard/ dense soil, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up 100/ 110 mm internal dia drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up 150/ 160 mm internal dia drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down 75/80 mm bore PVC pipes including all fittings with spigot and socket ends and cement or rubber gasket joint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down 100/ 110 mm bore PVC pipes including all fittings with spigot and socket ends and cement or rubber gasket joint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete PCC 1:4:8, type D2, using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate as in foundation of manhole including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work/ PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar and removing the debris/ rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) as in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, haunching and backing, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, or similar works including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole / Gully trap cover slab set in CM 1:4 including use and waste of necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT steel bars 6 to 8 mm dia as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note- WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm using soil obtained from excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out manhole cover and removing earth soil spread over the cover if any from the frame of septic tanks and receiving chambers and remove all night soil, sediments, waste materials from inside, any size etc irrespective of its height clear off up to the bottom floor mechanically using super jetting machine or by suitable means as ordered and dispose of the materials outside of MD land from the septic tank using mechanical vehicle (Tanker) to pit suitably excavated, placing back the main hole cover to its original position and removing all vegetation's including roots if any and making good surrounds complete all as specified and directed.

All as per SI item No. 25 here-in-before, but for manhole of any size, depth of manhole not exceeding 1.5 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of sewage block in manhole, gully trap or in WC kitchen and bath including cleaning mechanically or by suitable means as ordered required to remove block of any type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm,, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitreous China squatting pan water closet, Orissa pattern, size 580x440mm white with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including cast iron 'P' or 'S' trap, provn of lime concrete bedding and jointing to flush pipe including dismantling the existing water closet any type, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair stack clamps out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron for fixing 100/110 mm bore dia of pipes, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof complete all as specified and directed.
