ITEMS/Works:
Annual Maintenance Contract for Split AC units under Kamrup BA on call basis
Providing servicing of free cooling system air inlet & outlet i/c cleaning of filters etc. complete as required
Checking of fault and submission of detailed report and estimate for rectification of faults to the engineer-in-charge as and when required (minimum twice a year)
Replacement of 36 mfd running capacitor
Replacement of 80-100 mfd starting Capacitor
Replacement of 50±6 mfd dual Capacitor
Replacement of Starting Relay (Ranutrol or equivalent make)
Replacement of Thermostat
Replacement of Strainer of refrigerant line
Replacement of Copper Capillary Pipe
Replacement of Fibre fan blade (for indoor unit)
Replacement of Blower fan motor (for indoor unit) (quoted price should be after adjustment of credit for old and damaged blower motor)
Supplying & charging of R-22 refrigerant gas i/c leak testing, pressure testing & vacuum the system, repairing of leakage by brazing etc. complete as required
Compressor of all type . Note:- Original Invoice of purchase of new compressor is to be produced. (Quoted price should be after adjustment of credit for old and damaged compressor). (Tecumseh/Copland make)
