Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section,embedded in concrete,masonry,brickwork etc.,including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground,complete all as directed.

Dismantling galvanised steel concertina coil 600/750/900/1050 mm dia. having 50-53 turns and approximate weight 8.50-15.00 Kg stretched to cover a distance of 5-7 running meter from existing mild steel fencing posts,complete all as directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) Type C-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate,in foundations, filling and mass concrete including demolition of existing cement concrete (un reinforced),complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for,solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing including dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for,5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing,complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down,aluminium shutters of any description exc.2.00 Sq. M and n. exc. 4.00 Sq. M each including refixing in the same opening after necessary minor repairs such as alignment of members,tightening of screws in jointing cleats of members, easening of hinges/pivots/sliding rails etc.,complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of minor materials such as screws,cleats,rubber packing etc. shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Supply and Fix in repairs,stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for mild steel works,hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion,drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290, Grade E-165 including dismantling existing wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for, rolled mild steel Fe 410-W (Gde-E 250) Quality 'A', in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections,fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated),complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix, mild steel screw bolts (machine made), with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, diameter of shank 11 to 15 mm, length of bolt exc.5 cm but n.exc.10 cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix, mild steel round bars,Gde-I,IS 432(Part-I), 10 mm dia.,cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and securing to fencing post as in stiffners to GI Chain Link fencing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply Only,galvanised mild steel plain wire, 3.15 mm/ 4 mm dia., complete all as specified.

Supply Only,Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type,complete all as specified.

Notes:- (i) Overall length as laid will be measured. (ii)Supply of concertina coil will be measured and paid seperately.

Materials and Labour for,anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling,size of grid 605 mm x 605 mm as per clause 10.38 of SSR Part-I (2009) including 6 mm thick, high pressure steam cured (HPSC) non asbestos fibre designer cement building boards (primered) fixed or laid to aluminium framework with screws and including dismantling existing wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:6) on surface other than fair face of brickwork and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement,including taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.,and including applying three coats of white wash,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for, Vitrified Ceramic Tiles, Light Shade,8 to 9 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sq M, in floors etc.,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) and including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for complete removal of existing treatment, preparing surfaces on walls and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm,on walls, complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Painting shall be done in camouflage pattern as per existing shade(s) and pattern(s). (ii) The Contractor shall furnish guarantee for the exterior acrylic emulsion paint and shall be responsible for effectiveness of the UV Resistance, Alkali & Fungal Resistance and Dirt Resistance of the painted areas during the guarantee period.

Supply and Stacking,sand bags with sand packed in High Density Polyethelene (HDPE)/Polypropylene(PP) woven sacks of size 95-105 cm (H) x 61 cm (W) [Sacks used for packaging of 50 Kgs cement (OPC/PPC)],containing not less than 30 Kilograms of sand in each bag,complete all as specified and directed. NOTES:- (i) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of royalty for sand. (ii) The opening of HDPE/PP bags shall be duly stiched using suitable nylon thread after filling in of sand.
