Annual Operations , Cleaning and CAMC of 10 Nos (DSCI (E) - 8 nos, DSCI (W)- 2 nos) Fountains at Delhi State Cancer Institute (East & West ) which includes following works :
A) DSCI (E) - 8 nos fountains a) Providing Professional water fountain skilled operator for running fountains at different locations for 8 hours shift daily 26 days a month having technical skills to run the fountain, fill the water through inlet and drain the water through outlet of fountain. The work includes upkeep of fountains in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. b)Cleaning of fountains including necessary cleaning material and labour for healthy and clean environment of fountain free from all type of bacteria and insects on weekly basis on Saturday and sundays every week c)CAMC of water fountains including replacement of all damaged spares and parts like nozzles, valves etc where ever required i/c proper functioning of light fittings for proper running of fountains as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. d) Maintenance of control pannels i/c starters, etc all electrical components for proper functioning of the fountains e) Periodic maintenance of motors i/c servicing, rewinding & etc. As required. DSCI (W) - 2 nos fountains (A)CAMC of water fountains including replacement of all damaged spares and parts like nozzles, valves etc where ever required i/c proper functioning of light fittings for proper running of fountains as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. b)Maintenance of control pannels i/c starters, etc all electrical components for proper functioning of the fountains
