Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. steel doors with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, & with cleats with bolts & nuts, rivets, locking arrangement, handles, hooks & eyes, pintets including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming coat of appproved steel primer etc. complete as required :- Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces

Dismantling old plaster or pointing, raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for replastering of re-pointing including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level. i) 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 fine sand : 6 graded brick aggregate 20 mm. nominal size)

First class brick work in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete. i) In cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

12 mm. cement plaster of mix. i) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Providing and laying 1st class quality ceramic floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 2017 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge A) Mat Finish Tiles/ Anti-skid Tiles/ Glossy Tiles i) 300 mm x 300 mm in all shades and designs

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan) with 100mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required : i) White Vitreous china Orrisa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests.

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specification including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface etc. complete [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]. i) On steel work.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]. i) New work (two or more coats applied @3.28 litre / 10 sqm.) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20 kg / 10 sqm.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC soil, waste & vent pipes (working pressure 4 kg / cm2) conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion: i) Single socketed pipe - 110 mm OD
