S&F GI frame work 605 X 605mm grid for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate chennel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleats and steel expansion fastener with and including ceiling section (not exc. 1.2m length) of 0.5mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm flange of 26 mm each with lips of 1050 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm thick E-board , multipurpiose, decorative type,fixed or laid in GI frame in ceiling purpose complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excl ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

All as per item 06 above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 12mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finsihed the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
