M&L for replacement of broken over head conductor of any type and length as required at site including removing of foreign objects,and the same replace with new Aluminium conductor steel reinforced all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade.

All as per srl item No 2 above, but 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade.

M & L for replacement of shackle type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts, of height 75 mm and max dia 90 mm suitable for working pressure 1100 volts grade.

All as per srl item No 4 above, but 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade.

Taking down UNSV PCC poles and replace with Steel tubular swaged pole complete with base plate welded with pole, finial taper plug, bolt, nut and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0m long) including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with white and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including numbering with black paint and painting with bituminous paint internally complete and externally for portion embedded in PCC, complete all as specified and directed (PCC, earth work shall be measured & paid separately under respective items).

M & L PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, bed blocks and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles as directed including necessary formwork and finishing the exposed surfaces, complete, all as specified.

M & L for Restringing of loose over head conductor/GI earth wire of any size and type after untyeing binding wire from insulators/cross arms to achieve permissible sag limit of over head line including new binding wire of proper size and pruning of tree branches of concerned spans and jointing of jumpers properly complete all as specified and directed at site. Note:- (i) One job consist one span of 3-phase, 4-wire over head line. (ii) The distance of one span is approx 30 to 50 meter.

Supply and fixing in repairs mild steel galvanised stay assembly set complete comprising of 20mm dia, 400mm long stay bow, 1800 mm long stay rod 20mm dia, 300mm x 300mm x 6mm stay plate, thimble, GI stay wire of 7/8 SWG upto required length including loop type insulator of vitreous porcelain, small size with overall dimensions 90x140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm, all as shown in electrical plate No.1 of MES Schedule part-I 2009 complete all as directed.

Scraping of old paint of pole structure without removing accessories and preparation of surfaces for repainting. Repainting the poles with one coat of alternative white and black straps of 30 cm each upto 1.5 mtr height using synthetic enamel paint .Repainting the remaining Iron parts i.e. cross arms, supporting angles, XPM jali, clamps, GI bkt etc and steel pole above 1.5 mtr height by applying one coat of aluminium paint or PCC pole with snowcem of approved color all as required at site or directed.

Taking out carefully stone aggrgrate of any size from the bay/yard without damaging the equipments,cable or any parts of 33KV Grid bay,removing of ducts,sand/grass etc, spreading and levelling of finished gravel uniformally in layers not exc 20cm thick,rammed and watered to a true surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for sieving out graded coarse aggrgrate and taking out sand dust/gravel of size less than 25mm of nominal size and Supply filling and laying coarse aggregrate normal size 25 mm at 33 KV Grid bay/yard , deposted spread and levelled in layers not exc 15cm thick,rammed and watered to a true surface all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia, 300 mm long fixed complete as specified and directed. Note : Cost of PCC block will be measured and paid separately Cost of minor job and spares required for fixing of aluminium rod on PCC block & for fixing Aluminium strip to rod is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix in replacement test point terminal block made of Gun Metal or phosphrus bronze of size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled & screwed including 03 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw including taking out all broken test point terminals from any position and any places.

Supply and fix in replacement galvanized iron strip of size 32x 6 mm to be fixed on wall or to be laid in ground , complete all as specified and including taking down from any position and any places and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition and taking out old damaged earth pit PCC chamber with cover.
