DG UTILITIES Supplying and fixing exhaust gas piping (75 MM Diameter ). welded black MS, B class pipe conforming to IS: 3589 cut to required lengths and installed with necessary bends, supports and clamps, anti-vibration mountings, insulation of exhaust system with mineral wool / Rockwool, 50 mm thick wiremesh and aluminium cladding etc., as per requiremement of pollution control norms and required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and manufacturer recomendation.

Supply and pouring of H.S. Diesel oil for necessary commissioning of new DG incl. transportation cost. (for 11 Nos. Silent DG Set.)

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. - For Soft Soil.

Earthing with 65 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium) x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 No. 50 mm x 6 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 65 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mtr.

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe. - G-2/ 3.a.

Extra for treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for plate electrode. - G-2/ 3.b.

Laying of one No. 35 sqmm cable in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed. Laying of 3(Three) cables upto 35 sqmm in an underground trench in single tier formation (horizontal), the trench size : 915 mm x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of each cable 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. and 4 (four) Nos. bricks per Mtr. as separator between the bricks and cables and also trench to be filled up with shifted soil, levelling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Laying of cable upto 3/4 core 25 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting F-1/ 2.b.

Laying of cable from 3/3½ core 35 sqmm to 50 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting F-1/ 2.c.

SITC of 2 KVA Inverters and its allied batteries and rack: SITC of 2 KVA UPS including Battery Bank of 2496 VAH or higher (SMF Battery 12 Volt ) [Make- Amaron/ Exide] 1ph Input / 1ph Output, static by pass arrangement, compitable with D.G. Set, DSP controlled IGBT based rectifire with minimum 90% efficiency on 100% Load.The UPS shall be provided with active input P.F. Correction system to obtain 0.9 lag at 100% resistive Load, Wave form - Pure sine wave. It Should be capable of operating in 50’c above ambient temparature, Built in Solid State float cum boost charger with automatic boost /trickel charge mode with current limiting features. The charger should be designed for at least 15% of the total battery current.
