M&L for RCC M-30 (20 mm graded aggregates) for walls, reataining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like any thickness above top of footings compleate all as specied and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for RCC M-30 (20 mm graded aggregates) for slab supported on walls, beams, and coloumns in floors, rooms, balconies , canopies, deckslabsand like compleate all as specied and directedby Engr-In-Charge.

Removing excavated soil not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed by Eng-In-Charge.

Demolition of PCC (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread andlevelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface to a true surface compleate all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete in 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for as in sub floors compleate all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness , M-35 grade compleate all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F in Hand rails, half round or other steeel section or cor for wooden hand-rails staright portion drilled and counter sunk for balusters running bars, for doors , baluters, noising to steps including embedding in concrete and scrweing etc. wind ties for roofs including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shapes directed , drilling holes, notching for wire ect. flat ironfillets (for securing wire mesh net) including all necessary drilling , bolting or reveting etc similar works confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 compleate all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint oover a coat of red oxide primer compleate all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L Pre-Cast cement concrete block type C-1 , 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) masonary with solid blocks, exc 10 cm width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 compleate all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing surface even and smooth w/o extra cement compleate all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Roughning surfaces old concrete floor by picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc compleate all as specified and directed by Engr- In- charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick sreed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 on floors for laying floor finishes compleate all as specified and directed by Engr- In- charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick sreed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 on vertical surfaces for receiving wall tilling compleate all as specified and directed by Engr- In- charge.

M&L for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished, are of each tiles n exc 0.36 Sqm in each, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles compleate all as specified and directed by Engr- In- charge.

Removing excavated soil exc.250m and not Exceeding 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete in 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate for as in sub floors compleate all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L Coarse aggregate for granolothick floors graded from 12.5 mm to 1.75 mm spreading and levelling in layers n exc 25 cm thick and well ramming including watering as required compleate all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
