Outsourcing of services for running & operation of water supply installation alongwith all connected equipments at Laxmi Tek water supply installation including keeping the installation clean, rectifying minor repairs, day to day routine maintenance of sluice valves, pump sets and adding water purification chemicals/ chlorination of water, etc. all as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge by engaging the following tradesman three shifts per day on all the days of calender month including sundays and holidays with reliever on duty. (a) FGM (Skilled Tradesman) - 01 No. per shift of 8 hours (A) Laxmi Tek water supply installation consists of the following :- (i) Centrifugal Pump Sets of capacity of 20 HP - 1 No., 30 HP - 2 Nos. and 10 HP - 2 Nos. (ii) DG Set - 1 No. (iii) UG Sumps of capacity 0.84 lakh gallon - 1 No. and 0.5 lakh gallon - 2 Nos. (iv) OH tanks of Capacity 0.5 lakh gallon - 3 Nos and 0.25 lakh gallon - 2 Nos (at Kamble Tank, MH, B/R & Laxmi Tek Pump House areas)

(a) FGM (Skilled Tradesman) - 01 No. per shift of 8 hours (A) Turkamatti water supply installation consists of the following :- (i) Submersible pump set 5 HP - 1 No. (ii) DG Set - 1 No.

Note for Item No 1 to 6 above :-

Contractor shall provide necessary Log books/ Stationary required for recording the running of the Pump Sets and connected equipments as per the sample provided by the Department.

Contractor shall provide Consumables like cotton waste, grease, petroleum jely, distilled water, gland packing, etc. for day to day maintenance of Pump Sets and connected equipments.

Contractor shall provide necessary uniform & protective clothing for the people employed with the name and firm name to be printed on the uniform as approved by Engineer - in - Charge.

Contractor shall provide necessary Tools for routine maintenance & operation of installation.

Daily maintenance of equipments installed in the installations like checking the Engine Oil, Diesel,distilled water in battery, transmission belts tension, water in the radiator, leakages in the DG Sets & Pump Sets and connected equipments incoming voltage, ampere, fequency, tightening electric connections, etc. and all specifications mentioned in PS Clauses.

The Tradesmen shall be ITI qualified in Fitter/ Electric Field with sufficient practical experience.

All the people deployed shall be police verified.

All the people deployed shall be issued with photo identity card.

All the Labour laws shall be followed and minimum fair wages to be paid to the people deployed as per the labour law through Aadhar liked Bank A/C.
