Earth work in bulk excavation on over areas exceding 1.50mtr width and 30cm depth as well as 10sqm. On plan including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50mtr. And lift upto 1.5m. All kinds of soil.

Earthwork in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundation, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5mtr. In width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10sqm. on plan, depth upto 1.5mtr. Including disposal of excavated earth upto 1mtr. from cutting edge disposed earth is to be leveled and neatly dressed in:- All kinds of soil.

Providing and fixing paneled or paneled and glazed shutters for door ,windows and clerestory window fixing with butt hings of required size with necessary screw, excluding paneling which will be paid for separately. All complete as per direction of Engineer- in- charge. Second class kail wood.

12mm thick prelaminated particle board ( decorative lamination on both sides) grade-1, medium density flat pressed, three layer particle board FPT-I or graded wood particle board FPT-I, conforming to IS : 3087 marked bounded with BWP type synthetic resin adhesive as per IS : 848 and prelamination conforming to IS : 12823 Grade- 1, type II marked

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed tiles conforming to IS:13753 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make like NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY KAJARIA, or equivalent make in all color, shades except begundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by engineer in charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm. Including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacture) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 13755 of NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY< KAJARIA or equivalent make in color such as white, lvory, grey, fume red, brown laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigmentsetccomplete.

Providing & fixing White vitreous china water closet squatting pan(Indian type) along with “S” or “P” trap, 10 litre low level P.V.C. flushing cistern including flush pipe (of approved make) manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS 7231, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge. Long pattern W.C Pan of size 580x440 mm

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I/M.S. brackets, 15mm C.P brass pillars taps, 32mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required including providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal for wash basin completely recessed at the back for the reception of pipes and fittings. White vitreous china wash basin size 630x450mm with a pair of 15mm C.P brass pillar taps.

Providing and fixing of Sintex tank for storage of water including all fitting and fixtures complete.
