Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulders masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors & paving not exceeding 15 cms thick (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete, M-5, (nominal mix),type E-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry (except stone), uncoursed, brought up to courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete, M-15, nominal mix, type B-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates), as in coping & bond stones and the similar works, etc. including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Hand packing of broken stone or boulders (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc;and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PVC (SWR) pipe 110mm dia, low density of pressure rating 4Kg/Sqcm, fixed in wall as in weep holes of retaining wall, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stone and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling uncoursed or brought up to courses with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 40mm for granite or trap stone,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Raised pointing to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought up to courses in cement mortar 1:4,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface in CM 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Precast cement concrete , M-15, type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) set in cement mortar 1:4 as in louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Labour only for laying hard Core of gauge 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not execeeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering 20mm thick in cm 1:4 on stone masonry surface or other than fair faces of brick masonry, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE FOR ITEM NO. 1 TO 15: Construction of Retaining wall shall be done as per drawing No. CEPZ/C-TD/020/13, SHEET 1/1.

Excavation over area not exceeding 1.5m deep & getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete, M-10, nominal mix, type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded crushed stone arrgegates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut of length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

RCC, M-30, (Design mix), type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc, basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase arailings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc, vertical or to battle complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

RCC, M-30, (Design mix), type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballest walls and the like any thickness above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

12 mm wire netting to galvanised steel wire 1.40mm dia complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (soil) to the distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above the strarting point in soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE FOR ITEM NO. 16 TO 25: Construction of RCC retaining wall shall be done as per drawing No. CEPZ/STD-108/09, SHEET 1/1.
