Supplying & fixing of the following size PVC pipe on surface of wall / floor for covering of Electrical cables as reqd.

b) 25mm dia Rigid PVC Pipe

Supplying & fixing of 3 chamber Outdoor Panel ( min size : 75cm (H) x 75 cm (W)x 30 cm (D)) made up of 16 G MS sheet for housing 1Ph/3Ph Energy Meter ( direct type)-1NO, 100A Fuse cutout-3nos with Neutral link and 63A ON Load Changeover switch -1No on existing MS angle iron frame , painting complete as required. (Panel specification : a) Panel shall be Made up of 16G MS sheet b) All 3 chambers shall be individually separated, shall have Individual doors with locking arrangement. c) Meter chamber shall have opening with Glass provision for meter reading from outside d) change over Switch chamber shall be double door. e) All chambers shall have suitable holes & rubber seals for cable entry. f) Panel shall be powder coated. g) suitable size hylam sheet & DIN rail shall be provided inside panel chambers wherever necessary for fixing Meter/ fusecutouts/ MCBs etc, h) Panel drawing shall be approved by competent authority )

Supply and making of MS stand made up of 40mm x 40mm x 5mm MS Angle for fixing above OD meter panel above 1.5 mtrs height (upto 2mtr) above ground level including welding, making holes, cement concrete foundation, transportation etc complete as required.

Supplying & fixing of outdoor PVC Enclosure (min 400mm x300mm ) with hinged door for housing 1 No 2/4 way enclosure with 63A FP/DP MCB and 15A Power socket on surface of wall/ MS grill as required

Supplying & fixing of following MCBs in existing MCB DB/ in panel complete as required

Transportation of Telephone pole from nearest TE/ BTS and Errection at site by digging the soil for laying of Over head service cable from EB Pole to building/BTS site complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 15A Power socket with switch of modular type on surface of wall/in in existing panel/in PVC enclosure along with interconnections etc as required.

Supplying and fixing of OD power distribution box ( inside BTS room for power distibution to multiple operators) (approx 50cm x 50cm x 15cm) (double door) made up of 16G MS box for housing 63A FP MCBs-4 nos along with 4 Nos AL Bus bars (20mm x 3mm x 300mm each on 2 nos insulators) on surface of wall / on Iron Mesh with suitable supporting clamps complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 63A TPN Switch with suitable enclosure and 3nos 63A HRC fuse links suitable for 415V, 50 Hz, AC Supply on surface of wall / MS grill complete as required.

Supplying & fixing of following electrical items on surface of wall/ in existing Power panel complete as required

Providing of 25mm x5mm GI strip on surface of wall or in recess for extention of earthing as required.

Removing of DISCOM energy meter from existing meter panel during provision of new meter/fuse panel and fixing the same in meter panel by co-ordination with DISCOM authorties as required

Supplying & fixing additional GI sheet roof of suitable size for OD meter-fuse box made up of 25x5 GI strip supports & 24G L-shaped GI sheet to the existing Iron frame as required.

Extra labour charges for excavation of soil to pull out the Electrical cable near energy Meter /Fuse Box/ DG set for re-using the existing cable and making cable connectcions into the switch/ MCB/ Fuse carrier etc., complete as required.

Supplying & making Aluminium cable jointing with suitable size Aluminium Ferrule for 16 Sq.mm / 25 Sq.mm/35 Sq.mm Aluminium cable including crimping, making proper insulation after jointing complete as required.
