WBM G-2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (45 mm to 63 mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, as per MORD specification 405.2.

WBM G-3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (22.4 mm to 53 mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, as per MORD Specification Clause 405.3.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg per sqm using mechanical means as per Technical specification clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (VG-10) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared non bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical specification clause 503.

Providing, Laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 11.2 mm aggregates either using Viscocity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes per hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller finished to required level and grades by Paver Finisher af per technical specification clause 510.

Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat Type B with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes per hour using crushed stones chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade as per Technical specification 511.

Brick edging on both sides of road with first class brick 8 cm wide and 12 cm deep laid with with mud mortar including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc complete.
