M&L for attending complaint day to day for petty repair to easing of Door/window/cup board shutters by tightening of hinges/handles/Al-drop bolts/tower bolts/knobs/hasp and staples etc of any size /any number of panels for easy closing/opening or changing the position of hinges, adjustments of tower bolts, sliding bolts, replacement of looking mirror etc complete including replacement of major defective items if required, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for attending complaint day to day for petty repair to leakage water in bib tap/pillar tap/stop cock/angle valve, flusing cistern, WHB, Sink, wall mixer, etc of any description any size by changing the washer/jumper etc by adjusting/replacing the washer and adjustment of lever required for making the flushing cistern functional, by tighting the waste pile of WHB /Sink and providing 'M' seal to stop leakage as required. Removal of air lock/blockage of water in GI tubing and cleaning the pipe or fittings etc including replacement of major defective items if required, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for Item No. 1&2 1 :- The contractor shall make all arrangements for attending the different types of complaints on every day basis. Any major items required to be replaced with new one to make the system functional shall be measured and paid for separately as "S &F" under respective applicable item of this schedule. Old retrived items as considered in 'Schedule of Credit' shall become the property of the contractor. 2 :- Contractor shall provide minimum one carpenter and one plumber including all necessary T & P on every alternate days from 9 AM to 5 PM. Additional workers can be engaged if nature of work required to be completed with in fix time as desired by GE. Rate shall be quoted accordingly. 3 :- Where material provided shall be paid as "S & F" under respective item of Sch 'A' the payment of complaint under this item shall not be paid.

M&L for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc, of capacity exc 250 Ltrs but not exc 500 Ltrs and marking the date of cleaning with stencil/computerized letter complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Item No. 03 above but capacity of tank exc 500 Ltrs and not exc 1000 Ltrs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level) and disposing of debries outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on block masonary or concrete surfaces including raking out joints,hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc. all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) exceeding 1.5 Sqm not exc.4 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Resecuring or easing and adjusting without taking down of shutter of any description area exc 1 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description area exceeding 1 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm wood grained PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with printed sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Solid PVC frame (Single Rebated) of size 60mm x 30mm made out of solid PVC foam with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin with suitable metal stiffner and fixed with 100 x 8 sheet metal CSK screws complete all as specified and as shown on drawing and as directed. (Note :- Door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screws holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for a long life.)

S&F for Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter, 30 mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top and bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded wood grain printed PVC sheet used instead of Plain colour PVC sheet & 5mm thick x15mm wide PVC sheet beading used inside stiles and rails and decorative PVC beading of 10mm x 10mm (900) used instead of exposed portion of PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement and fixing in the frame at site all as per specification & drawing all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 30 mm thick flush shutter solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels, one face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 150 mm floor door stopper of aluminium alloy powder coated, with hard drawn steel spring all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire & average width of aperture 1.40mm with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs cast iron body Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width & of weight between 61 to 80kg complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 20 mm dia with 1 mm wall thickness drapery rod in any length, high strength stainless steel pipe including brackets and finials as required complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for butt hinges medium weight cold rolled mild steel of size 100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt, of extuded section and fixed of 150 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 300 mm long aluminium alloy, anodized, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple(bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 1.00 mm Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs CP Bib taps fancy type 15 mm bore, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle,screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs CP Pillar taps fancy type 15 mm bore, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered `Hot' or `Cold' with long screwed shanks & fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China wash basin, white, flat back. Size 550 x 400 mm excluding taps, waste chain & plug & porcelain stopper but including brackets complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair for sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers & waste; including bedding in CM to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets & connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm, bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for sinks made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or includingfixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 495mm x 420mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern 10 litr capacity, low level, white, with intel, ball valve, float & handle including brackets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for mirror of 5-6 mm thick glass with double coat of protection and longevity grounded edges for safety and silver plating on the back for better reflection including with stainless steel decorative fastener/studs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Stop valves/angle valve 15 mm bore fancy type, CP, cast copper alloy screwed down high presure, with crutch of butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) white including necessay fitting etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 32mm dia, 800mm long flexible PVC waste pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for polyethylene water tank cover up to suitable for 1000 Ltrs tanks, including taking down old water tank cover all as specified and as directed.

S&F for rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm dia HD polythene float (ball) and epoxy coated aluminium rod (fly nut) screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule including taking down old one all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 51 above above but 1000 Ltrs capacity.

S&F 75 mm dia bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including taking down old pipes all as specified and as directed.

S&F anodized aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators, partition wall with one or more rebates including handle, tower bolt, hinges etc including taking down old doors/windows/partition complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Add for powder coating to anodized aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators, partition wall (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 5.5 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality in square exc 0.50 Sqm each in each pane including necessary rubber beading etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement including taking down of old railing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for hacking out old broken glass of any thickness, size, quality or description from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 3 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.50 Sqm each in each pane all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for Venetian blinds, vertical/horizontal type, 100 mm wide with polyester fabric of approved colour and pattern with aluminum fittings, and top rail and nylon buttons / loops etc., fixed cuttings and alteration if necessary wherever AC / coolers exists including dismantling of old unserviceable venetian blinds, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in pannels including necessary form work, finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in sub floors complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in - Charge.

M&L for renewing tiles in patches area n.exc 5.00 Sqm including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying or setting, jointing and pointing new ceramic tiles to match the existing floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for granite of 18 to 20 mm thick, work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and moulding edges as directed including screed layer of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350 x 250 x 8 to10mm/ 450 x 300 x 8 to 10mm/ 300x600x 8 to 10 mm thick over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as in backing coat for tiles on vertical surfaces,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specifed and directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered surface and applying two coat of acrylic smooth exterior paint with required shade over and including a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scraping down smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and stopping nails marks including applying white wall care putty in patches as required and directed and applying two coat of oil bound distemper (white or tinted) to walls including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 or fair faces of brick or cement concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for 2.0 mm thick PVC tiles/ sheets, laminated plain coloured, homogeneous finish, laid with approved rubber based adhesive in floors including removing of old sheets complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall & ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated GI grid frame work of size 605 x 605mm in ceiling fixed with screw suspended with 6mm dia GI (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 12 mm thick perforated particle board/tiles for insulation and accoustic purpose 60x60 cm in size fixed with staples on snap grid incl preparation of surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on new or previously untreated surfaces of ceiling in patch work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 5 to 6 mm thick PVC ceiling board fixed in flat surfaces on snap grid frame work including complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7 to 8 mm thick exposed metal frame ceiling with calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600 mm x 600mm grid complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick single side prelaminated PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing.

S&F for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing as directed.

S&F in repairs 12 mm solid PVC ply of 1st quality of both side white colour fixed with necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, aluminium snap beading, screw etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified including demolition and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise discribed, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

S&F for solar control film 50 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for stainless steel peg set of 06 hook complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for 18/19 mm thick PVC moulded solid board, decorative of approved colour for cabinet boxes, shutters etc. with shelf and shutters full size fitted including coloured topping on all exposed edges under /above kitchen cooking platform and other platform complete all as per direction of the Engr-in-Charge and the manufacturers specifications and drawings.

S&F for hasp and staple, safety type, stainless steel including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws all as specified and directed.

S&F for Continuous (piano) hinges width of flap 30 mm mild steel, bright finish or electrogalvanised complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in stainless steel handles 75 mm long complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
