Preparation of Hydraulic Data of 65.00 mtr span bridge over Binwa Khad complete in all respects, including field survey and collection of requisite data, contour/site plan for 300 m upstream and downstream, cross-sections at the site and 50 m, 150 m & 300 m upstream/downstream, L-section of Khad and road, required levels, chainages, HFL/flood marks, hydraulic calculations, drawings and other necessary details; submission to competent authority/Head Office, incorporation of all corrections/amendments as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, and final submission in fair form with all required drawings, calculations, hard/soft copies and incidental works, complete as per HPPWD norms and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge If any Correction / amendment has desired by the head office the same may be corrected as desired and directed and directed by the Engineer -Incharge .after approval the same should be submitted in fair form etc complete50 % payment made on the time of submmision of relevant all documents and ( 50 % on the time of final approval from competent authority ) "The rate quoted shall be deemed to include all taxes, duties, levies, and charges including GST, octroi, royalty, toll tax, sales tax, or any other tax as applicable and imposed by the Government from time to time."
