Supply, Installation, Commissioning of Each Horizontal Pressure sand filter with flow rate 10,000 GPH and service cycle 23 hours conforming to IS 2825. The Unit is complete with Horizontally welded mild steel (Conforming to IS 2062) Pressure vessel duly sand blasted and protected with suitable Asphalt in black paint two coats (50-60 DFT) inside surface and out side surface chlorinated rubber paints two coats (50-60 DFT) internal distribution, outlet collection system. Frontal face pipe work assembly, flange Butterfly valves, under bed material. One set of Pressure gauges and one charge of Filter media including 3 nos. supporting arrangements. Supply, erection and testing of automatic Each Bacteriological treatment plant incorporated with water flow sensor and proportional dozing controller with a guarantee /warrant for 02 years The rate also include operational and maintenance with essential spares accessories for successful and effective operation of these plants for two years (02 Nos plants at Filter plant) QTY = (DPS-4,BSPX-2,BJMD-2,BBN- 2), Total 10 Nos Plant

In connection with repair and overhauling Set of water treatment plant: Supply, fitting and fixing all parts with contractor's labours, materials, lead, lift, transportation, sales tax etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-In-charge or his authorized Representative at site. Commissioning of chemical tank (Alum Tank): This rate include supply and fixing the following parts i.e. driving motor & gear, paddle, coupling, valves, construction of head box, pipes with fitting, nut, bolts & washer and commissioning of chemical tank Complete. Supply, fitting and fixing all parts with Sqm contractors labours, materials, lead, lift, transportation, sale tax etc. complete and as per the direction of engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative at site. Rehabilitation of coagulation tank by putting white night coating for anti-fungus and leak proof.

Supply of following approved materials to Kg SSE (Works) /DPS's store as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charges or this Authorized representative at site. Supply of Ferric Alum.

Supply of following approved materials to Kg SSE (Works) /DPS store as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charges or this authorized representative at site. Supply of liquid chlorine (Sodium hypochlorite) with concentration 10 PPM.

Supply of following approved materials to Kg SSE (Works) /DPS's store as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charges or this Authorized representative at site. Supply of poly-electrolyte as poly 8111 compound to besed as coagulant to arrest turbidity of raw water with specification PH-6.5+/- 0.5 Viscosity = 20 to 25, solubility in water = 100, active content = 20+/-2% physical form liquid Color Yellowish. Note-poly- electrolyte as poly 8111 will be used in rainy season.

Unloading of Whole filter media i.e. gravel, Each sand and mud from the shell of RSG filter, inside cleaning up of the wall and Painting with anticorrosive bituminous paint. Supply of new full charge of various grade media, repairing of headers lateral pipe line, loading of charged Media inside of the shell and commissioning of the plant.

Supplying, laying & commissioning of Kg 10mm down Activated carbon for rapid sand gravity filter. The rate is inclusive of all taxes, freight, insurance, lead, lift, ascent, descent, taxes, tools, labour & transportation etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Routine chemical test to be carried out of Each raw/filtered water including collection of Sample the sample once in three months from a Govt. Recognized laboratory like all India Institute of Hygiene & Public Health, Kolkata or any other Institutions. The no. of test to be carried out for each sample will be as per the direction of Engg- in-charge. (The routine chemical test of a sample consists of testing for PH alkalinity, Electrical conductivity, Total Hardness Total chlorine, Iron, Turbidity, Fluoride Arsenic, Nitrate etc as per Bureau of Indian Standards). Bacteriological test (NPN count) to be Each Carried out once in a month from a Govt. Sample recognized laboratory like All India Institute of Hygiene & Public Health, Kolkata or any other institutions (as per Bureau of Indian Standard). Note:- If agency failed to carry bacteriological test , a penalty of Rs. 5,000/- for each test in each month will be Imposed. Total 20275260.30
