Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of diesel engine driven generator set rated 15 kVA/12 kW, silent type,water cooled,radiator type ,four stroke electric start with accoustic enclousure conforming to current CPCB norms. DG set shall have standard control panel with necessary engine protection and monitoring relay,remote start stop ,auto start and necessary controls.The engine shall be capable of taking 10% overload for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation.The Synchronous Alternator shall be brushless,self exited,self regulated, drip proof screen protected,class F/H insulation suitable for continuous operation at 1500 rpm.(Preferred make- Engine: CUMINS, KIRLOSKAR , Alternator - KIRLOSKAR, STAMFORD). Generating 415 V ac ,+/- 5 % at 0.8 pf ,50Hz,0.85 load factor,3 phase,4 wire system conforming to BS 2613 and IS 4722. DG set shall have inbuilt diesel day tank with all necessary fuel piping,valves, fitting etc.Both Engine and Alternator shall be mounted on common channel MS base frame and with standard accessories such as antivibration pads,lead acid batteries specified by engine manufacturer, Engine driven alternator ,battery charging along with leads,speed governor,residential silencer,external battery charger with float and boost charger.

Exhaust piping with MS Class B pipe of 65mm dia, heavy duty bend and flexible connector, MS support etc.including 2 coat heat resistant painting.

Making thermal insulation on exhaust piping (using 100 mm thick rock wool & Aluminium cladding)

Leading to plinth and fixing of DG Set on foundation and alingment setting & installation of DG set (MR)

filling diesel (MR)

Documentation, arranging inspection and getting approval from Electrical Inspectorate including statutory fees (Fees applicable only for the DG set) to KSEB/Electrical Inspectorate.(MR)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.4C X 10 sq. mm (25mm)

Providing and fixing10 SWG copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Supply and laying bare earthing copper conductor 10 SWG laid 0.6 m below ground level through the existing GI pipe.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt) as required.

Supply and providing 25x6 mm brass bolt and nut with washers on the existing MS box / earth bus etc. as required including drilling necessary holes as required

Supply of superior quality copper earth socket for the (4 SWG) earth conductor including crimping etc. as required.

Providing and fixing tinned 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 20 mm dia nominal bore G.I. pipes complete with G.I fittings including trenching and refilling etc. External work

Supply of 4 core 10 sq mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium cable

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle) on wall surface as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade upto 35 sq.mm in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Supplying and laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 KVA/2.4kW Online UPS Systems (Numeric Onfiniti , 1PH-1PH,FMI ) Floor Mountable Double conversion Pure Online UPS System( 72VDC or above) with built in Isolation Transformer ,Connecting in Standalone Configuration, Input Voltage 160V-280 VAC and output voltage :230V +/-1% , battery using 12 V C10 rated , 6 nos , 100AH Quanta/Exide make Tubular battery, recommended for 120 minutes backup (Minimum VAH 7200) and suitable Battery Rack for housing the batteries. The UPS should have ISO ,BIS,CE .PeP certification & RoHS marking. Warranty: 3 year onsite for UPS & 4 year for Battery

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amps modular socket outlet and 5/6 amps modular switch, connection etc. as required. (For light plugs to be used in non residential buildings).
