Construction of Waiting Shed in Puthanatham Muslim Kasba in Puthanatham Panchayat Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with all lead and lift in all classes of soil such as hard stiff claystiff black cotton hard red earth shales murrams, stoneyearth mixed wilht 50% fair mixed boulders, hard gravellyetc

Supplying and filling in foundations and basement with filling M- sand in layers not exceeding 15 cm.thick,well watered,rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specifications.

Plain Cement Concrete 1 : 4 :8 ( one part of cement, four parts of sand and eight parts of hard broken stone ) using 40 mm gauge hand broken hard broken granite stone jelly complying with standard specifications in foundations and basement.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks 83/4"x43/8"x23/4" and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete -10 cum

Supplying and erecting centering for sides Centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams ,etc.,including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm X and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 25mm ncluding all Labour and Material Charges etc Complete

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel rods for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete

RCC 1: 1/2 :3 mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for RCC items of work excluding items of works excluding centering,shuttering, and ost of reinforcement grill ,out including curing etc complete and also including fixing fan clamps and ixtures in RCC works..

Plastering with cm 1:5 mix( one cement and five sand ) to 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials in all floors etc.,as directed by departmental officers etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. [ The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete]. The Putty shoule be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Paving the floor with kota stone slab of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm (un-polished) in all floors laid in of cement mortor 1:3 (one cement three M.Sand), 20mm thick and pointed with colour cement neatly including polishing with polishing stone and oxalic acid etc., so as to perfectly smooth and glossy and including hire charges for polishing machine and power consumption charges etc. The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Providing weathering course with best quality of brick Jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over roof slab,the proportion of brick jelly to lime being '32 to 12.5 well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness as directed by the departmental officers.etc.

Finishing top roof mix one course machine pressed tiles of size 23 cm x 23 cm x 2 cm approved qty with,CM.1:3 12 mm thick mixed with WPC at 2% by weight of cement used and top pointed with the same mortar etc

White washing two coats using shell lime including cost and conveyance incl. all charges etc complete..

Painting two coats with ready mixed Exterior Emulsion paint of approved qualityand colour over a priming coat, including through scrapping,clean removel of dirt etc complete .

Supplying and fixing PVC Rain water down fall pipes of following dia meter etc., complete.
