Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for pre-painted galvalume aluminum Zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof ridges etc fixed with self drilling screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) (Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B) including distance pieces, cleats etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc., complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs Steel rolling shutters made of 1.00 mm thick lath, with ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple, errected in position as indicated, complete gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : - Ball bearing will be measured and paid seperately.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing false ceiling of Non asbestos fiber cement building boards, manufactured from homogeneous mixture of cement, quartz and cellulose and cured with high pressure steam using auto claving process confirming to IS-14862, of size 600mm x 600mm x 4mm thick fixed over and including anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) snap grid frame work of T Section (main & cross member) of size 25mm x 25mm x 1.5mm thick in square pattern of grid size 600mm x 600mm. The aluminium frame work will supported on side wall with the used of alumminium 'L' section of size 25mm x 25mm x 1.5mm angles etc. Snap grid shall be supported with hangers of 4mm dia, galvanised iron wire adjusting level fixed to roof slabs/truss etc by means of ceiling cleats made out of galvanised iron flat of size 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
