Replacement of defective LEDs of existing signages by supplying and fixing new flexible LED striplight with more than 80 Lumens/Watt having suitable LED Driver for 240V main AC supply, making connections, etc. complete as required at site.

Providing eco-solvent print on reputed multinational brand vinyl to be pasted as required at site as per the instruction of the engineer-in-charge.

Designing, providing and fixing of micro prismatic type retro reflective sheet having required matter confirming to type XI sheeting of ASTM D-4956 and IRC 67:2010 on the existing aluminium sheet /ACP board installed on gantry (approx. size: 14mtr. X 2Mtr.) of approximate height 12mtr. / pole of approximate height 6 mtr. at different locations complete after removing the existing sheet whereever required, to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 3mm thick ACP board with appropriate rivetting, screwed with the frame complete, as required.

Providing eco-solvent print on reputed multinational brand vinyl with minimum 3 mm clear sunboard to be fixed as required at site as per the instruction of the engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing front face having front vinyl 3M 3630 series with lamination pasting on glass wall surface including necessary message / matter created on the sticker complete as required at site.

Replacing of 8mm Signage Sheet sheet with text/signage matter in Bengali, Hindi and English and shall be electro cut computerized automated, self-adhesive translucent / coloured / vinyl Plotter cut block out vinyl shall match the specified colour (colour Pantone Black 6C) and vinyl for text Pantone yellow C or Cyan 311C as per graphics and of specified make we would suggest Vinyl from 3M black out film in front and yellow message created by using 3M, translucent film to be transferred on cast acrylic sheet complete as required.

Repairing of existing geyser from its original location including necessary accessiories making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required.

Maintenance of Entry / Exit Announcer in case of crack in glass façade with dismantling and re-installation including necessary consumables such as Silicon Scalant and making tape etc. complete as required.

Ceiling Hung Directional Sign

Providing and fixing illuminated signs of size 2100 x 255 x 50 including all operations from fabrication to installation all complete as per drawings, technical specifications, signage schedule and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.>> Sign face Sign face shall be made in 8mm thick 040 white acrylic (as specified) having graphics pasted in Plotter cut Blockout vinyl. Entire panel covered with a protective overlaminate. The films to wrap around the edge of the acrylic to a distance of 25mm on the back side. The Plotter cut blockout vinyl shall match the specified colour (colour Pantone Black 6C) and vinyl for text Pantone yellow C or Cyan 311C as per graphics and of specified make duly approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. Sign Frame Providing and fixing sign frame 50mm wide Powder coated, colour RAL 9006 special aluminium extrusion with inbuilt frame to recieve the sign face. The sign face shall be fixed to sign frame with 3M brand dual lock syatem in one side and 3M bothway tape from the other side.The panel should be made easily openable for maintainance. Sign internal Structure Providing and fixing Framewrok of Aluminium 25mmx 25mm x 1.3 hollow square sections. Shall be directly fixed to the sign frame.

Suspender Providing and fixing Stainless steel 35 x 35mm x 2 Hollow sections (assuming typical length of 1 metre) mounted on slabs/beams/walls. All hardware used for fixing of sign shall be Stainless steel. Lighting All internal illumination shall be using Power LED Lights from Osram or equivalent ( Edge lighting - 6500K, 24 v, with optimal homogenious backlighting & light Throw of minimum 4 ft) with electronic controllers, having even spread and overlaps to avoid banding and dark spots and adhering to the LUX levels mentioned in the performance specification.Cost to include all internal connections and Wiring, terminating and connecting the incoming cable laid by Airport contractor at the site. The actual structural design of the sign for its stability shall be responsibility of the EPC contactor. Secret fixing methods should be used to fix parts together. Complete box excluding bottom side is lited with internal LED lighting. Acrylic fabrication shall have transparent structural supports for obstruction free lighting. Box to be directly mounted on the sign structure. Sign Face-Providing and fixing sign face panels 3 mm thick Aluminium sheet fabrication, Aluminium sheet fixed to sign structure with black colour RAL 9011 with a provision of through and through laser cutting for airline branding panel. Airline Branding Panel Vinyl with printed media pasted on 8mm thick 040 White transluscent acrylic with a backlit provision.
