Repair and maintenance of submersible Motor suitable for submersible pump set by complete dismantling including providing & fitting fixing of PVC (IS : 8783-1978) insulated electro grade copper (IS : 613-1984) conductor winding in stator & all necessary spare parts and reassembling the same including servicing of rotor & necessary trial run as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. a) 1.5 HP motor suitable for 1500 GPH capacity submersible pump

b) 3.0 HP Motor suitable for 2000/2500 GPH capacity submerssible pumpset

Charges for threading of G.I. pipe, as per chapter-20 of CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. i) 40 mm dia. pipe

Complete repairing of submersible pump of 45.0 Mtr. head with suitable single phase submersible motor as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. a) For 1000 GPH capacity submersible pump with 1.5 HP submersible motor

b) For 2000 GPH capacity submersible pump with 3 HP submersible motor

Labour charge for lowering of Submersible pump motor set (2HP/3HP) at a depth of 70 ft to 100 ft column pipe including fitting fixing nuts & bolts etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing & lowering of submersible pump of 45.0 Mtr. head with suitable single phase submersible motor including additional 32.00 mtr. submersible 3 core copper flat cable (2.5 mm2 size) complete all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. a) For 1000 GPH capacity submersible pump with 1.5 HP submersible motor

a) For 2000 GPH capacity submersible pump with 3 HP submersible motor

Supplying and fitting fixing of M.S.(18 SWG) ‘KIOSK’ (size:- width450mm x Length 1200mm x height 850mm) fitted with 4 Nos. support of 75mm x 75mm (6mm thick) M.S. angle for embedding in 1:2:4 cement concrete base (size 300mm x 300mm x 600mm) with proper locking arrangement and coated with anti-corrosive paint (both inside and outside) including necessary provisions for fitting fixing of single phase motor starter unit, main switch, energy meter etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing of the following ratings switch disconnector fuse unit (Main switch) made of sheet steel enclosure with all accessories including drilling holes on the board/MS clamp and necessary connection etc. as required. i) 32 Amps 240 Volts DP (Rewireable).

Supplying & fitting fixing of single phase motor starter/panel unit (with 2 pole contactor, overload relay, volt meter & amps meter), 32 amps main switch (220 volt) of Havels/ BCH/L&T make in KIOSK including necessary electric wiring and GI pipe earthing etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.For 3 HP submersible motor.

Providing and fitting fixing of Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) of different Thermal release range , 415 + V, 50Hz (L & T, BCH, ABB make) as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. i. 25-32 Amps

Providing and fitting fixing with PVC insulated 3 core flat Copper cable conforming to relevant IS code for submerssible motor with all necessary equipments and fittings as required as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. i) 2.50 sqmm

Repairing of single phase motor starter in/c necessary electric wiring as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 1) 30A Amps Meter
