Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. and disposal of unserviceable material within all leads and lifts and all mode of transportation complete in all respect as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1 cement :6: Sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size and curing complete including cost of form work.in all heights and depth as per drawing and technical specifications including carriage of all materials within all leads and lifts with all modes of transportation and equipment and cost of formwork required to complete the work to the enitre satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2 Sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in all heights and depth as per drawing and technical specifications including carriage of all materials within all leads and lifts with all modes of transportation and equipment and cost of formwork required to complete the work to the enitre satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up without cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including carriage of all materials within all leads and lifts with all modes of transportation and equipment required to complete the work to the enitre satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Second class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto all floor levels in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) including carriage of all materials within all leads and lifts with all modes of transportation and equipment required to complete the work to the enitre satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m² Ceiling. including carriage of all materials within all leads and lifts with all modes of transportation complete in all respect to the enitre satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m² including carriage of all materials within all leads and lifts with all modes of transportation complete in all respect to the enitre satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP sheet 1.66mm(one point sixty six milimeter) to 2mm(two milimeter) thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separately) as per HP.PWD. specification 1990 (One thousand Nine hundred Ninety) Volume-1 (One),including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges complete in all respect to the enitre satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work bolted in built up sections , including cutting , hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In gratings, Framed guards, bars ladders railings brackets and similar works. including carriage of all equipment and materials through all modes of transportations in all leads lifts complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing valleys of 90 cm wide overall in plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete : 1.60 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 350 gm/m² including carriage of all materials within all leads and lifts with all modes of transportation complete in all respect to the enitre satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

15 mm Cement plaster with Cement Mortar 1:4 in single coat on rough side of brick/stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. including carriage of all materials within all leads and lifts with all modes of transportation and equipment to the enitre satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Kota stone slab flooring 20 mm (twenty milimeter) (average) thick base of cement mortor 1:4 (one cement :four sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab. including rubbing and polishing complete.:-25mm(twenty five milimeter) thick mirroor polished slab size not less than 550mmx550mm(five hundred fifty into five hundred fifty milimeter) as per H.P. PWD. Specification 1990 (One thousand Nine hundred Ninety) Volume-1 (One), including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidential charges complete in all respect to the enitre satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm,of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth including carriage of all materials within all leads and lifts with all modes of transportation complete in all respect to the enitre satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with Excel Exterior paint / Apex Exterior paint or its equivalent of approved shade with one coat of hritage wall plaster acrylic wall putty of approved quality or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete in all respect to the enitre satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement board(Hight pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceiling etc. (frame work to be paid seperatately). 6 mm thick Cement fiber board as per IS: 14862 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
