S&F 25 mm thick Ist class hard wood rails and styles (65 mm to 75 mm width) for plain framed, panelled shutter (single panel) with panel of 12 mm thick BWR commercial ply in 125 mm width strips horizontally fxed with gaps in between not more than 10 mm to provide ventilation in the cupboard match with existing and making provision for fixing looking mirror ( Note : - S&F of looking mirror of size 135 mm X 600mm approx shall be measured and paid seperatly)

S&F in repair 100 mm hasp and staple mild steel safety type and fixed with screws all as specified.

M&L for Anti termite treatment along the wall using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previousily un treated wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthtic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previousily un treated wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying french polishing including cleaning and preparing the surface and two or more coats of wood filler on new works all as specified and as directed.

S&F repairs stainless steel telescopic channel with rollers 400-500 mm long and fixed in position with screws, ISI marked, suitable for cupboard drawers, complete as per the sample kept in the office of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting cup board warm light and refixing the same in cup board with replacement of bulb and necessary point wiring ,drilling holes etc.all as directed by Engineer- in Charge.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. all as specicified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, landings aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar.

M&L for vitrified coloured ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular), light shade polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 all as specified.

M&L for vitrified coloured ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular), light shade polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in skirting/dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade including 10mm thick backing coat plaster in CM 1:4 all as specified.

M&L for machine cut granite stone slab 18-20mm thick of approved colour and shade as in floors, skirting/dado etc over and including 15mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4; laid and jointed in grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding and polishing complete all as specified.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs to one edge, such as in steps and other similar situations all as directed.

Taking down aluminium shutter exc 1 Sqm and n.exc 2 Sqm each (without taking out frame) refixing in same position including repair and adjusting complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing building materials etc. (other than materials considered under schedule of credit) upto a distance of 1.50 km, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed.
