Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-I on prepared bitumen/granular surface cleaned of dust and extaneous materials with mechanical brooms or any other approved equipment and spraying primer at the rate of 0.25 kg (zero point two five kilogramme) per square metre with emulsion pressure distributer equiped for spraying uniformly as per MoRT&H specification (5th revision-2013 or latest edition) of clause 503 including haulage of materials and equipment in all leads and lifts with all modes of transportation and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 40mm (Forty millimetre) thickPolymer Modified Bituminous concrete with batch type 60-90 TPH (sixty to ninety tonne per hour) capacity Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed stone aggregates of Grade-2 nominal size premixed with polymer modified bitumen binder (elasotmeric thermoplastics based) (refinery blended) i.e., Polymer Modified Bitumen (PMB 70)- Type B confirming to IS 15462:2004 (Polymer and Rubber Modified Bitumen Specifications) & IRC:SP:53-2010 (Guidelines on use of Modified Bitumen in road construction) at the rate of minimum 5.5% ( five point five percent) of weight of mix and filler @2% (at the rate of two percent cement of weight of aggregates) with Evotherm dosage @ 0.53% (zero point five three percent by weight of binder) (IRC:SP:101-2014), as per approved Job mix formula, transporting the hot mix material to work site in clean insulated vehicles covered while in transit or awaiting, tipping and laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification for Road and Bridge Works ( Fifth revision-2013) clause No. 507 complete including profile correction layer and patching of pot holes including movilization of plants and equipments by mechanical transport, including haulage of material with in all leads and lifts with all modes of transportation and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Nothing extra shall be paid for higher bitumen contents if required as per job mix formula..

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm (two point five millimetre) thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms(at the rate of two hundred fifty grams) per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm (two point five millimetre) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes including carriage of material and machinery in all leads and lifts and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete in all respect.

Providing, laying and making up loss of material/irregularities on shoulder to the design level by adding fresh approved soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment including all leads and lifts as per MoRT&H specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete in all respect.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work including carriage of material and machinery in all leads and lifts and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete in all respect .

Providing and laying Plain/Reinforced cement concrete (M-15) i,e. 5.50 (Five point Five) bags of cement 1:2.5:5 (one cement :two point five sand:five stone aggregate twenty millimetre nomoinal size) in open foundation complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications including carriage of material and machinery in all leads and lifts and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing pavement marker ( Cats eyes) made out of ABS 3M plastic of size 100x90x20mm ( One hundred into ninety into twenty millimetre) without nail having 50mm ( Fifty millimetre) stem of ABS. The pavement marker shall be installed with suitable epoxy ABS including carriage of material and equipment in all leads and lifts with all mode transportation.
