Supply Erection of 30 KVA/30 KW Online UPS : Three Phase Input & Three Phase Output-Autosensing, True Online UPS with Full Digital Signal Processing (DSP )Technologies with Touch Screen LCD /LED Panel & Pure Sine Wave O/P . UPS unit shall operate in double conversion mode, it shall be a VFI-type UPS (as per stanard IEC 62040-3) with Inbuilt /external Galvanic ISOLATION Transformer of same OEM make only. UPS should be with 3 level IGBT Based Rectifier & 3 Level IGBT Based Inverter Technology. UPS should have minimum 60 minutes backup on SMF Batteries Bank with Minimum VAH = 46800 VAH . along with following features/specifications The job includes the cost of carriage, erection, installation, commissioning and testing charges including rack, connecting and other petty material required to complete the job. Approved Make: APC- Schneider / Vertiv-Emerson / Legrand-Numeric / Mitsubishi Only.

UPS unit shall be equipped with its independent battery bank of the following:

a) VRLA type, mounted on a rack with a design life of 3 yrs as per OEM

b) The battery shall be sized to ensure continuity in the supply to the inverter for 60 minutes for a power rating of 30KVA at 0.8PF & 1.7 ECV.

Battery Type DC Voltage Bus with Flexibility of at least 2 no. of Batteries , Min. 60 Mins Backup , 12V Batteries will be provided by firm Minimum required VAH per UPS =46800.

Sealed Maintenance Free - Lead Acid Battery with suspended Electrolyte (Leak Proof)

DC Battery Breaker : For safe maintenance on the battery of UPS unit, the system shall include a circuit breaker to isolate the battery from the corresponding rectifier /charger and inverter. When the battery is isolated from the system, the UPS shall continue to supply the load without interrup-tion or disturbance, except in the event of a normal AC source outage.

Battery Rack & Links - Racks Suitable for Mounting the All Batteries each Sheet Metal Type along with interconnection cables and 5/7 meter wire from UPS to battery bank.

Providing and laying of one No. aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured/XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade direct in ground; to be laid 1 meter below the ground level including excavation sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. of the required size complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge. i) Armoured cable 95 sq. mm (3.5 core) Cable Make : CCI/ Universal/ Finolex / Polycab / Rallison / Grandlay / KEI.

Providing, laying and fixing of one No. aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured/XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade on surface etc. of the required size complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge. i) Armoured cable 95 sq. mm (3.5 core) Cable Make : CCI/ Universal/ Finolex / Polycab / Rallison / Grandlay / KEI.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mmx600 mmx 3 mm thick, including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. ( but without charcoal or coke and salt ) complete as required complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge.Copper (Pure).

Extra for using salt and charcoal for G.I. or copper plate earth electrode complete as required complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge.

Wiring for circuit/sub-main with following size PVC insulated heat resistant flame retardant (HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cable in surface/recessed steel conduit along with 1 No.HRFRLS/PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable of same size for earthing as required complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge. i) 2x10 Sq. mm. Cable Make : Finolex / Plaza / RR / Unitech / Bonton / KEI.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of PVC conduit along with the accessories in surface / recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge. i) 25 mm. dia Make : AKG/ BEC/NIC/ Diplast.

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity MCCB in the existing cubical panel board including drilling holes in the cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge. i) 125 Amp. -16 KA Make : Schncider/ Legrand/ L&T / Siemens.
