Disconnecting electrical connection from the centrifugal pump motor main housing of 7.5HP capacity taking out from the installed position, transporting for repairs/ servicing to an approved workshop Cutting and taking out the burnt out winding from the stator carefully. cleaning the stator from the of burnt copper and carbon using necessary cleaning agent and applying slot Melinex paper and rewinding the stator with insulation with super number of turns as that of existing enamelled copper wire of same guage and same| carefully and tying the winding free from bring induction víbrations and the winding to operate on 415 volts three phase AC supply of 50 Hz, applying the insulating varnish preheating in oven and| and post heating for attaining proper of capacity 7.5HP complete all as insulating strength for Pump motor specified and directed.

Disconnecting water and mechanical connection from the impeller and casing of centrifugal pumpset of 7.5HP capacity and taking out from the installed position, transporting for repairs/servicing to a replacement of unserviceable parts like tbearings,impeller ,shaft, sleeves gland packing and installed in its original position and connecting up all mechanical and water connections,testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting water and mechanical connection from the impeller and casing of centrifugal pumpset of 5HP capacity and taking out from the installed position, transporting for repairs/servicing to a replacement of unserviceable parts like tbearings,impeller ,shaft, sleeves gland packing and installed in its original position and connecting up all mechanical and water connections,testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Opening Lifting and Lowering the submersible pump and motor of 5/7.5 HP capacity from bore well to inspection/repairs and reassembling the same after carrying out repairs/replacement of worn out/unserviceable spares with new ones, including cleaning and applying one coat of approved spray painting on exposed steel surfaces and replacing the packing bolts, mild steel clamps etc., with new ones and making the pump and motor fully function including necessary machining work, electrical and water connections, testing complete all as specified and directed. testing and commissioning all as specified and directed .

Rewinding the submersible motor of capacity 5/7.5 HP with super enamelled copper winding wire of |same gauge and same number of turns as that of existing including tying the winding and connecting| |the coils and bringing the connections as that of existing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting water and mechanical connection from the impeller and casing of submersible pumpset of 5/7.5HP capacity and taking out from the installed position, transporting for repairs/servicing to areplacement of unserviceable parts like bearings,impeller ,shaft, sleeves gland packing and installed in its original position and connecting up all mechanical and water connections,testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.
