Taking down carefully existing copper / aluminium point wiring (light / fan / sockets points) complete with all accessories such as switch with sheet, ceiling rose including rusted / broken concealed sunken boxes etc but except concealed conduit and junction boxes and removing dismantled material and making good disturbed surface of walls/floors etc matching with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the existing unservicable main switch/ cut out / DBs of any type/ capacity/ description as existing at site including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully unsv aluminium submain wiring of any type / loc including conduit /casing and earth wire and making good the distributed surface of walls /ceiling matching with existing finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable fans / Ext fan of any size and refixing after doing necessary repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unsv UG Cable any cross sectional area and connection of any description of any description laying in trenches or fixing with wall or poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Point wiring complete with 2 runs of 1.5 sqmm single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, multi stranded copper conductor drawn into and including suitable size of PVC conduit and accessories concealed in wall, roof etc., and including provision of one run of PVC insulated 1.5 sqmm copper conductor for earth continuity and connected to common earth dolly and pressed steel terminal boxes made out of 1.6mm thick MS sheet concealed in wall and laminated sheet cover of 3mm thick on top for housing the switches, fan regulator, socket, outlets etc complete all as specified and as directed :-

(ii) Make and size of spares required shall be as per existing make.

S&F in replacement LT Control panel board CPRI Approved made out of 2.0 mm thick MS box ,powder coated, indoor type weather proof with TP MCBs 32 Amps- 1 Nos of suitable rating, emergency stop switch one set for each driving leaf consisting suitable relays, power and auxiliary contactors MK-1 type - 1 No, over load and under voltage protections and single phase preventor etc., with suitable hooters / blinkers and push button switches for forward and reverse movements including suitable bus bars, indication lamps, interlock contactors, warnings lights etc . All control cables from panel to motors and to limit switches of suitable rating shall be fixed with cable trailing / bunching arrangement with suitable cable carriers , festooms etc , as per the designed requirement complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Make of switchgear and relays- L&T / Siements / ABB / Legrand (ii) Make of control cable - KEI / Polycab / Havells (iii) All control cableing work as required for commissioning of door motor is part of quoted rate.

S&F in replacement Test Drive Assembly along with idle assembly system, housed in fully enamelled weather proof box with suitable electrical totally enclosed fan cooled, Squirrel cage induction motor of type IE3, flame proof, Copper winding, class F insulation with temp limited to class B with and capacity not less than 5 HP, three phase (Motor should be fitted to master leaf) with suitable heavy grade speed reduction gear attachments for movement of main leaf along with subsequent movement of slave leaf - 2 Nos with slave arrangement mechanism including suitable declutching facility for manual operation . The speed of door movement shall be 7 to 8 mtr per minute complete all as specified and as directed.

Greasing and overhauling of Hanger door guiding rail wheel , incl bearings , replacement of unsv GI wire rope, replacement of broken shaft of door mechanism incl welding work if required for smooth movement of the hanger door leaves complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Labour Element for replacement of unserviceable Parts is deemed to be included in the QUOTED UNIT RATE.
