Construction of SHE Toilets under PPP Model in GBA Limits. Package-1B.

Bidder should have Work done certificate for any structure under PPP Model / EPC Project or Construction of Toilets blocks or Building of an area of 12.00 Sqm of area and minimum 4 nos of Installation and maintenance experience from any Govt. Department in any 01 year in last five financial years. Details should be furnished along with performance letter issued by an officer of grade not less than Executive Engineer of any Govt departments

If The Participating Bidders has advertisement projects under PPP in GBA/ BSWML/ Other Govt. Department they shall upload No Due Certificate issued from GBA/BSWML Advertisement department or Other Govt. Department stating that the agency has no dues from BSWML by way of advertisement tax and ground rent or by any means

Bidder should have done any advertisement modules in any Govt departments in any one year from the last 05 financial years

The bidder should have valid registration number/GSTIN.

Bidder should have valid Income Tax returns for the last one assessment year and PAN Card.

The bidder should not have been blacklisted by any authority in India. An Undertaking to this effect may be submitted at the time of submission of bid Sub-contractors experience and resources shall not be taken into account in determining the Tenderers compliance with the qualifying criteria

Turnover of Rs 411.88 Lakhs (Rupees Four Hundred and Eleven Lakhs Eighty Eight Thousand Only) in any 1 (One) Financial Years from the last 05 financial years.(upto 2024-25)

All other relevant documents must be furnished as per the tender document
