B has been multiplied with 48 considering 48 months of AMC as first 12 months shall be covered with cost in item A. 4. Item no. C has been multiplied by 0.5 as it is probable in nature that Corporation will utilize additional license or not. In case, Corporation opts for additional license, the first year AMC shall be included in the same and post 1st year, the AMC charges as quoted at item B shall be payable.
