Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal up to a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH as directed by the departmental officer incharge of the work

Filling Dust in foundation trenches as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.3.9 MORD & 304 MORTH. The rate including cost and conveyance of all material, labour charges for filling, watering, ramming, etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniroage charges.

PCC (1:4:8) mix using 40mm size HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for mixing machine mix, etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer incharge of the work. But excluding seigniorage charges.

Providing Concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete (1:2:4) Nominal mix using 20 mm nominal size graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including cutting for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges.

Roofing: - Roofing will be provided with 0.5mm thick galvanized / pre painted G.I. profiled sheets fixed to the purlins with 14 size self drilling screws with neoprene washer. Side laps are stitched with self tapping / drilling screws. End laps are to be sealed with 25x3 mm Butyl tape. The sheets are provided with anti capillary grove. MAT-01615

Manufacturing supply and fixing of Structural work like trusses, heavy beams and grirders including cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges for fabrication of steel work including cost of welding rods, power charges and fixing in position etc., complete as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work.

Providing Painting, Priming Coat on New Iron Work with Red oxide primer. The rate including cost and conveyance of all material, labour charges, etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work.

Providing Painting with Asian cool roof paint with-Two Coats-primarily water jet cleaning-For Old RCC Slab and final roll for fine finishing. The rate inluding cost and conveyance of all materials, rolling, labour charges, etc., all complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work.
