M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450x300x7mm thick, as in vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in epoxy coating grout to match fixed over and including rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 for receiving wall tiles including dismantling of existing wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.
